They staff done everything they could to accommodate us. We was in town cause our daughter was at cheer camp at UNA and we didn't want to be 2 hrs away. So when we got there Friday at 10:45 am and dropped her off we had a lot of time before the 4pm check in. So we stopped by and checked to see what the possible earliest we could check in. And with no hesitation the lady checked the rooms and had us a room ready by noon. I was so happy. she said she understood cause she would do the same for her daughter she wouldn't leave and be 2 hrs away. So I want to say this hotel and staff has our business from now on.

Absolutely nothing. I had the best experience here. I would not change anything.

Great location - a few minutes walk into this very pleasant town with a number of good attractions and good bars and restaurants. A great stop on the way from Memphis to Nashville. Staff at reception very welcoming. Breakfast was standard Hampton Inns but just fine.

Swimming pool not too good - gave it a miss in favour of the good, small gym!

The breakfast was good and typical. Plenty to eat and nice choices. The fresh mixed fruit bowl was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The parking was convenient and the motel was accessible to downtown.

The plumbing in our bathroom was not good. The hot water faucet leaked profusely when the cold water was turned on. Also, the toilet did not flush properly the morning we were to leave which was most inconvenient.

Great location minutes from the attractive downtown area. Big room ( 2 double beds). Little glitch with an issue in the bathroom but we were moved to another room very quickly. Adequate breakfast included. Ample free car parking.

Location and staff

When I stay in a motel I expect to have my bed made and clean towels everyday. This was definitely disappointing.

Hotel was located to quite a few things as far as sightseeing. It was easy to get in and out of traffic wise.

Bed was not comfortable for my bad back. A lot of channels on the TV did not work.

Location to our event. Staff was amazing, I needed hairspray and wasn't aware of the "sweet shop", she told me about it and saved us a trip to the store!

Indoor pool closing at 10pm, due to our competition schedule we were unable to make use of it.

It was a completely pleasant experience from the hotel's part. The staff was amazing, the room was roomy and comfortable. We will be going back to Florence and will be staying there again for sure!

NOT THE HOTEL's FAULT but the last morning the electricity went off and never came back on until after we checked out. Made it a difficult morning for sure but when we went outside, NOBODY had electricity including the traffic lights.

Great staff, clean facility, nice pool and a delicious breakfast 😋 great place for family and went to historic downtown Florence.
