Loved the room. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Excellent bathroom. Easy access parking. Great location, could walk anywhere needed!

As guests in the hotel we're really looking forward to seeing the Boiler Room, which staff advised it was open till 2:00 a.m. and our informational sheet upon check in stated it was open till 2:00 a.m. From hearing the live music from the Boiler room upon our return to the hotel just before midnight we attempted to visit before heading up to our 3rd floor room & was told it was closed even though we heard people still occupying that amenity. That morning we were looking forward to our first time eating at the big bad breakfast of which turned out to be over an hour wait - which was a little irritating considering that we were guests at the hotel. Therefore, we didn't get to see that amenity either.

Excellent location right on the Main Street. The bowling alley in the basement is fun but we were the only clientele (it was a Monday night). Bar next door has great live music. The historic ice cream parlour across the street is fab as is the pizza pie restaurant.

The room decor is nice but too basic for example, why is there no bedside table? Minimal bathroom toiletries provided..:not enough for two people. The doors have been cut too short so there is a gap underneath which means that you can hear every noise from people walking down the corridor. We could clearly hear the television from the next room. This hotel has potential and markets itself as something boutique but it lacks the small touches and comfort factor. We felt breakfast should have been included in the price to make this value for money.

Very unique hotel right in downtown next to some great restaurants and bars. All within walking distance

We stayed in a room with no window. I've stayed in hotels with rooms like this before and enjoy the quiet and darkness. The other hotels that I've stayed at like this had an escape hatch. This room didn't. It did have a smoke detector and sprinkle in the room. If I'm ever in town again, I'd definitely stay at this hotel, but I would choose a different room.

It’s beautiful. Nicely done with gorgeous finishes. Comfortable bed, location in downtown is awesome.

We were on 2nd floor. There is zero insulation from the noise of everyone above, beside or below. The people above us stomped around the entire night. Every time they moved it sounded like they would come through our ceiling.

Ate at the Big Bad Breakfast downstairs. Cost not included. Excellent fresh food and coffee. Secure, modern, clean. Instructions for operating things were correct. Everything worked. Bed was comfy and temperature controllable. The bathroom had ample countertop for our toiletries without risk of them getting wet.

Small window overlooking roof and ac units next door, so you don’t lay in bed looking at the view. Bedside lights were on a wall switch that you had to get out of bed to turn off. I don’t recall any handy USB ports. The arrangement for luggage could be better. We don’t unpack so handy, well lit, waist high countertops with room for shoes underneath are correct for us.

I loved that feel of the room and the ease of getting there from the lobby.

The morning of check out housekeeping came to the door, knocked, and didn't wait long enough for us to come to the door before scanning into the room. Thankfully, we had the top door lock engaged. This was at 9:45 am. She claimed our room keys were in the checkout box, but they were both with my husband and I in the room.

We loved the quaintness of the hotel and its location was close to everything. The room was very cozy and we slept great.

Our door kept getting stuck when we tried to enter the room. The remote control did not work properly. Needs more lighting for getting ready.

The property was spotless,very quaint,extremely friendly staff.It had restaurants on both sides and happy hour in the basement.Very comfortable and quiet.Located near UNA campus and other things within walking distance.

On street parking.But they cover the ticket if you happen to get one😉

Excellent location and conveniently located within walking distance of all the local amenities. Loved Big Bad Breakfast and The Boiler Room (with Bowling Alley and music) that were located within the hotel. I loved the old world eclectic feel and the decor. The historic exposed brick and original hardwood flooring was beautiful. Will definitely return in the future!

The mattress was not as comfortable as we had hoped. It was high in the center and broken in on either side so we had the tendency to roll away from the center. We also had a little difficulty getting the room as cool as we would have liked but neither of these would be considered a deal breaker. I found myself missing a lamp on the nightstand that could conveniently be turned off without having to get out of bed. Minor issue as the light fixtures that are in place are aesthetically beautiful!

Great location, clean room, good shower, very good breakfast downstairs. The best breakfast on our trip.

The walls were pretty thin, we could hear the neighbour from the next room make a phone call.
