Breakfast was good! The yogurt machine was out of order though (only downside). We also liked the fitness room.

The pool (and room) was not warm. We were going to try for a swim, but either it wasn't a heated pool or it wasn't heating correctly. Granted, the weather was cold when we were visiting. It was not something to ruin our stay though.

The hotel looked nice on the inside (lobby and room). They have a nice sitting area out back. The bed was comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Some reviews mentioned the noise levels due to the truck stop next door, but we were not bothered at all by any noise.

Well, everything was going great until the hotel experienced a massive water leak that flooded the whole place! They had to shut off the water to the entire hotel, so we had to find alternative lodging for the last night of our stay. Of course, this was something outside of the staff's control. While aggravating, it was not the end of the world. It was just one of those things that happen sometimes. The staff were calm and handled everything with grace and humor. The only issue is that getting a refund was inconvenient because we booked through a third-party site. Once again, not the staff's or hotel's fault.

We visit family in the area and stay here often. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean. Staff overheard our family discussing breakfast and my husband mentioned he would like a bowl of grits....the next morning they had made a very large bowl of grits just for him, even when it wasn't on the planned menu. It was very considerate and enough to share with several others seated in the dining area. Little things like this make our stays there extra special.

The hotel was dated in spite of being under construction, which staff assured me was about done. There weren't any workers present, but I would have still liked to have known in advance. The bed was hard, and the pillows were small, like half the size of a regular pillow. We stayed 3 days and had issues with my room keys not working on 3 different occasions, which meant I kept having to go back to the desk.

We had a great King Suite room. It was our first time staying there. Loved the location, very easy to get to and was close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The only thing I didn't like was that they served the same breakfast throughout the weekend. And not everyone likes fried eggs. It was fine though, there was a good assortment of options.

We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. The indoor pool was a plus as temperatures were over 100 degrees and outside would not of been an option. In the evening we did make use of the wonderful outside amenities. The corn hole and gazebo. The breakfast was exceptional.

Lack of towels at pool. Understanding that there were multiple little league baseball teams staying at the time and it’s hard to keep up with them.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The nice bed, plenty of pillows, and quiet setting, other than a couple of loud trucks on the highway, made for a restful night. The room had a great TV with a good channel selection and nice sitting area. An excellent place to stay for a very reasonable price.

Having become somewhat of a coffee connoisseur, the coffee at the breakfast bar along with that available near the lobby, could use a bit of an upgrade.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very friendly. The room was clean... I'm very particular about a clean bathroom/shower and it was!! The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

The only problem we had was the bed. It was very hard which made it difficult to get comfortable.

We had a king room and a queen suite. We loved it. The kids really liked the breakfast buffet. The staff was very accommodating. We went to the Monster Truck show and Sky Zone trampoline park then to Ricatoni’s for dinner.

The handicap amenities were great! Erica, the front desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful. The way she talked to me on the phone is the very reason we stayed. I called other hotels in the area and the employees were short with their answers, offered no other room options and seemed in a hurry. When I called BW and she answered it like she was happy I called and offered several options to work with my request, she truly wanted to help me and wanted me to stay at BW. In the afternoon when we left if she wasn’t busy she spoke and when we came back by in she did the same. She helped us decide places to eat based on her experience in the area. When we come back this will be the only place I call. I booked online but only to get my booking points. Thank you Erica for making us feel special.

Everything was great. The pool was a little chilly but very nice and clean.
