The hotel is in a quiet place and has a beautiful view to the mountains. The 2 pools look good and the lobby/ restaurant area is also nice. The staff is polite. Also, we appreciated the available parking. The room was clean and had quality sheets and towels. AC Pozar baths are some min away drive and the experience is fantastic.

When we entered the hotel it was extremely hot in the common area, no AC was on. I understand that the electricity is expensive but in a 4 stars hotel you expect comfort as you pay for it. We were afraid that we had to take breakfast in that hot temperature but the AC was working for the breakfast time (only). Also, the rooms are aged and probably 3 stars is more appropriate.

This is the second time in a relatively short time that we have visited this hotel. That says enough about how satisfied we are. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The view of the surrounding mountains is priceless. The rooms and toilet are very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The pools are beautiful. Everything is great. The owner is very kind and helpful. He does a great job.

Breakfast was nice. Almost the same every day. Location was good for going to Poza hot waters. Also, we could walk along the main road in the evenings. The meals were delicious, both the burgers and chicken souvlaki. The staff were very accommodating with early check in and late check out if needed. The pools were fantastic. Parking was good, always found a spot and it was not in the sun making it a pleasure to enter your car.

Perhaps changing the breakfast menu daily, for more variety.

The location was really special- nestled at the foot of the mountains you feel like you're staying in a cozy and intimate lodge. Mornings are especially beautiful overlooking the pool as swifts chirp and swoop in to delicately drink from the still waters. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, even when guests filled the pool and deck you could truly relax. The service was great and breakfast, while comprising a simple selection, was delicious. The famous Pozar baths are a very short drive away and a MUST if you're in the area. The local town is both quaint and charming; we most enjoyed our stop at the Coffee Island coffee shop. We absolutely loved our stay at Irene's and would highly recommend adding this to your list of stops when visiting the northern region of Greece.

As someone who needed reliable internet access for work during my stay, I was pleased to find that the hotel's internet service was more than satisfactory. It met all my needs and allowed me to stay productive during my time in the apartment. Furthermore, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. They were always available to assist and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Special appreciation goes to Theodoros and his brother for their kindness and friendly demeanor. Their warm hospitality made my experience even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I plan to return to this wonderful hotel on my future visits. It's a place where comfort, beauty, and excellent service converge to create an unforgettable stay. Beautiful hotel, generally good facilities and comfortable big rooms. Clean. Has amazing view to the mountains. Also the underground parking lot is a nice bonus- we came when the weather was cold so it was nicer to go straight from the hotel to the car.

The only thing we were disappointed by was the indoor pool- we were looking forward to it but it was not really heated. Idk if they wait until proper winter to turn it on.

What a place! We already think about returning back. It is located a bit away from the main street, so it is very quiet and peaceful, though still close to other cafes in the main street, walking distance. But you really do not need to go anywhere to eat, as the hotel's restaurant is the best in the area I guess. The entire place is super cozy, comfortable and stylish. Each room has a fireplace, we did not use it as it was hot outside, bit in winter it should be a blast! The view on the mountains and grapes is beautiful. They told us that they even have rooms with jacuzzi, next time we'll definitely try to stay there. The breakfast was delicious! We came 2 hours earlier than check-in time and the hotel staff made their best to allow us to check in asap. We were travelling by an electric car and were kindly allowed to use hotel's socket to charge it in the night (but we always bring a long cord with us for such cases).

The outdoor pool is not heated and after several days of heavy rain it was super cold, so we did not use it. The indoor pool did not work (we knew about it in advance). Although in 3 minutes drive there are cool thermal baths, so I guess closed swimming pools are not a big deal. Not sure about the spa center, may be it is open only during winter season. There was not enough bed linen in our room, but most likely it was because the staff hurried up to allow an earlier check in. The problem was solved immediately when we told about it. An electric kettle in the room would be a nice bonus.

The Location, in the middle of the mountains was amazing! Our modern and stylish room had a jacuzzi and a gorgeous Mountain View.

We arrived before 10am at the breakfast buffet and the food was all empty with no refilling and the leftovers were cold (breakfast was until 10:30), that was really disappointing. That is no 4 Star Hotel attitude!

Room was spotless. Clean white sheets. Room has a fireplace that is not working due to weather. It was too warm. The location and the view of the room was perfect. Hotel is still working to build the second pool but it does not bother you at all. Parking is under the hotel. There are a lot of places and there is an elevator.

Breakfast, even if variety was big there was no flavor. I would expect some local products from the area. In general that is not a reason not stay at this hotel but by elevating the breakfast a little bit more it would be perfect.

We expected a good hotel, but it was excellent. The location is perfect with lovely mountain views. The staff is so helpfull and friendly The room and bathroom are luxuous. The breakfast is of good quality with excellent coiche (incl bugatsa, pancakes, waffles) Super clean! Higly recommended We stayed in lots of hotels in Greece, but this was one of the best. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

One small thing: improve quality of breakfast coffee (offer a cappuchino would be nice)
