The room was nice and location was great.

I was not aware that the accommodation was unstaffed at check in hours. We arrived on a Sunday at the specified time to find the property locked up. While somebody arrived to let us in within a few minutes of calling the properties number it would have been good to know this in advance. Free parking was available for the time we needed outside the front of the property, but this becomes chargable during working hours. This was not a problem for us but I was unclear whether there was alternative 'free' parking available at other times. Breakfast was not offered to us on Monday morning- again not an issue with this stay but it is only mentioned in the property description that it is not available on Sundays.

The bathroom was not the clean enough. And whole room needs renovation. Definitely.

It was holiday and church season so everywhere booked so it was a good find considering the time of year.

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town.

The room looked worn down (loose sockets, loose handles, stains on walls) and it was not clean (dust on decorative vase, sticky tray with tea bags which were not individually packed, sticky laminated informative sheets, signs of black mould on seals around the shower). Inadequate price to value.

The location is great for those who want to stay in the old Konin.

I went to take a shower after a long trip and there was only cold water, but the worst was when they informed us that there would have no hot water at all. They gave us a discount for that, but it did not solve the problem of having to take cold showers. The place seemed to be nice, but because of that, it turned out disappointing (even if it was for only one night).
