Hotel Simon is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are exceptionally warm and welcoming. Every time we passed reception/each staff member they would greet us warmly. The training of the staff shows through and they are meticulous. The rooms and communal areas are very clean. The rooms are great and we had a fridge and a kettle with Twinings tea which was appreciated. There was no milk, but there is a supermarket directly opposite. The breakfast is lovely and varied. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to try the restaurant, but it looks good and the hotel is obviously popular, especially for conferences. The hotel is quiet and nice and secure, with plenty of parking. There is a safe in the room. There is a 7kw EV charger on site. We had a a couple of minor issues, one with toilet, and one with the safe. Both times the staff fixed the issues within minutes. They really are a credit to the hotel. We stayed at another local hotel before but I would say the Simon is better in every respect. We really felt the staff were lovely and this made the hotel the best place to stay.

We had a twin room which was very spacious and good in most respects. The only thing we noticed was the 2 beds were very close together in the corner, one next to the wall, when perhaps the beds could be spaced better as there is so much unused space in front of beds and the distance to the TV is very far, but this is minor issues. Also the English tea is a nice touch. If there was a small supply of milk in the fridge it would make things perfect. Also no coffee, which may also be nice. Fantastic place overall and the staff are true champions of the hotel. Thankyou so much.

Very comfy beds after a long day of travel. Staff were super kind and made checking in very fast. Breakfast in the morning was a bonus.

The rooms were not very soundproof, we could hear people in the rooms next to us in the late hours and early morning. The air conditioning also didn’t work so we slept with our door open (but had to close when outside got loud). Nothing too bad for one night though. But don’t make the same mistake we did - we saw “shuttle” advertised and that’s why we booked. But only realized after landing at 10pm that the shuttle is not from FCO! (Our fault for misunderstanding booking.com)

Fairly convenient to FCO (30 min). Friendly front desk staff. Left before breakfast was served, but provided with a box breakfast. Modern and clean. Location itself was pretty quiet.

Room was very hot (25C). Could not turn heater down below 24C. Opened the window to cool it down. Noisy neighbors down the hall came in late and loud. Not the hotel’s fault that people are rude, but unfortunate that the walls were on the thin side.

Everything was great especially the staff. Getting to the hotel was very easy to get to. Loads of parking where to park safely. Check in was very straightforward. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were very helpful and greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was good also. Would definitely recommend.

Just pointed out a small note that the cleaning products had a very strong smell once you entered the room.

Strategic location to access either Rome or good beaches near Torvaianica.. Excellent breakfast with both salty and sweet products and delicious cafe ordered to the table. Free parking on-site. Nice view from higher floors. We will definitely return in the future for our next stay.

Poor WiFi in the room

This is our third time at this great hotel because of its ideal location and professional staff, It has all what one could need ,well done.

the central heating system... it was set for winter weather ? too hot in tge room.., but we managed to keep window open..

Clean room, comfy beds, lots of pillows.

Pomezia is an hour outside Rome, i.e. a bit far but the hotel cannot do anything about it...it is where it is. But relatively close (10-15 mins by car) to the beaches of Torvaianica and Ostia. Breakfast was ok...not mind-blowing but it had all the essential stuff. Make sure you order coffee from the bar. Don't drink the machine coffee in the breakfast room.

Room temperature control, it is not in your hands but in the hand if maintenance and reception who decide what temperature to apply via the air-conditioning system..

The hotel is good and staff is friendly. Good options for breakfast.

Far off from nearest railway station. The hotel charges transfer fee to and from the station. Taxis are very expensive.

Breakfast included an excellent selection and the dinner was amazing too. The staff was extremely nice and always served us with a smile. They were helpful in every situation. Rooms were clean and had all facilities that we needed. Keep it up.
