Employees were SO kind! Breakfast was good, but the service was above and beyond what we usually see!

Our bedsheets had a pretty good tear on the side. No turndown service. The ice machine on our floor was broken. But to be fair, I feel like we got back to our room so late, we didn't want to ask for anything. They probably would have been accommodating if we had.

all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.... especially the cleaning folks and the gal who takes care of the breakfast area. Always Always greeted with a smile and good morning or evening... how is your stay so far. Excellent Experience.

Breakfast was wonderful. Well tended to. The staff doing breakfast was very friendly!

The pool area smelled a bit off. But it was still a nice facility. We think the hot tub left crusty stuff (maybe the lining of the hot tub) on our skin. But we still enjoyed it.

The room was clean. Room was large. The staff were friendly.

My only complaint is cheese omelettes were to be served according to the sign posted at check in. Instead powdered scrambled eggs were served and not very good. The rest of the breakfast was fine.

The location was perfect. Huge room. Very clean

The event center is very close and one night a bunch of drunk wedding guests started fighting outside of our window at 12:30 am. I can see where this could be a constant problem

Awesome breakfast.....lots of choices....even had packets of mixed nuts and dried fruit to add to oatmeal or other cereal. Extremely friendly and helpful breakfast attendant. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay!

There could have been more charging ports for phones, etc.

Everything was pretty spot on. Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was very polite and genuine.

The lady at breakfast was so kind and friendly. I am sure it’s no fault of her own, but breakfast was sub par. There was plenty of food and choices I just think that the quality of food the hotel is given for breakfast could be better.

I booked my room, i hadn't thought about the fact I needed to be on the first level because of knee surgery. So I added a message about my room level. I soon received my confirmation with a note stating my room was upgraded to a king suite, at no extra charge. I was so excited. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a very friendly young lady. I didn't feel like I was in a place I had never been, I felt like I was coming to a family reunion. Every employee I came in contact with were nice and helpful.

Plumbing in the bathroom could be improved and the bathtub /shower was very s[ippery.

location was nice. very clean and modern. staff was friendly and always greeted all of us when they saw us. breakfast was great—options for everyone. loved the pool and exercise rooms. beds were comfortable. we needed extra blankets for our sofa bed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. it was really handy having mavericks attached. we ordered take out from there to eat and it was excellent. bartender was friendly and personable.

pillows are kind of cheap…they seem fluffy but flatten during use. minor issue, though.
