Wide variety of items for breakfast and replenished regularly. Pool area was relaxing.

Booking.com failed the hotel and our family. The Aberdeen hotel staff informed us that an Executive King Suite that we booked does not even exist in their facility. We ended up renting a second room that they kindly gave us a discount for. The Aberdeen facility deserves better communication, an apology, and reimbursement from booking.com. I truly hope this will happen and that I will be informed when it does. I am giving this matter time to be resolved. I would rather give a glowing review than make a report to the BBB. The breakfast was amazing as usual. Lucia does an incredible job of keeping everything stocked and organized. She's always available to help. Too bad she has to do it all by herself.

The bar would be great for Sunday night arrivals. Sorry it wasn't open at 5. Really needed a cocktail. The shower curtain in the handicap shower needs to be longer so the water doesn't get all over the floor. The king bed mattress was pretty worn out to.

Amazing size of suite, pool and hot tub perfect temperatures. Had ice water and coffee for free and available 24 hours a day in lobby. Outside area of hotel and parking lot very clean. Had seat benches available in area by hotel to sit outside while your visiting. Polite,helpful staff and available 24hours at front deck. Building location easy to find,close to businesses and attractions.

This was not our first stay at this property. The staff members were friendly, as always! The continental breakfast was great. The Aberdeen location always has multiple options available- this stay offered waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal with lots of topping options, biscuits and gravy, the typical pastry, yogurt and beverage options, etc. And there is actually quite a bit of space in the breakfast area so we don't feel cramped when we're sitting in there.

The bunk bed room was great

I told the front desk lady I was paying cash she charged my card and when I went to check out she didn't know how to check me out. And asked me to come back the next morning to check out and pay as she was new and. Crying her eyes out at the front desk

Our room had a washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, and big fridge. This was very valuable with 2 young kids. My daughter is in a wheelchair so the handicap parking spots right by the side doors was nice. Could use more of them though, only 1 per door. Breakfast and breakfast staff were great.

Loved every part of the stay the staff was terrific, the stay was quiet and comfortable there wasnt much that there wasnt to like during our stay here. everything was right on point for what they were offering

Cant say there was much that i didnt like other than that we left 15 minutes past due our late check out and even called them ahead to let them know we were a bit behind and they still charged us 30 extra dollars

I was having trouble booking online so called the property. I was required to enter my credit card with my phone and it was not recognized. tried three times, three different ways and still no success. I was directed to the front desk and when I had to press a number to get there it was not recognized either. I eventually booked through an app which was cheaper than the quote I received at the property?

There were many options for breakfast and everything was good from what I ate. Breakfast started early, which was also nice. Also, the bartender was friendly and attentive.

Chlorine in the swimming pool is overpowering.

Room was spacious and clean.

Didn't realize that a stay of more than 1 night, we didn't get the room serviced....beds made ,clean towels. Not a deal breaker, just know for next time.
