We had a premium room with a view on the pool and on the sea. It was what we asked for. The room is clean and tiddy. The staff are friendly, special thanks to Malika ++ from the reception for her kindness and for helping us with taxis and island tours. Morning breakfast is diverse and tasteful. Restaurants are of good value.

Access to deckchairs by the pool is very limited, everyday early in the morning staff members put towels on the majority of deckchairs in order to keep them for some reason which is unacceptable. This should not be tolerated in a five star hotel.

The architecture and decor is absolutely beautiful. Most of the bar staff, waiters and housekeeping so friendly and helpful.

The hotel reception staff (not guest relations) weren’t friendly and helpful like the as other areas.

The hotel is in front of the beach and has the Radisson standards.

The room missed a hair dryer and an iron.

The location, the hotel facilities, and the room sizes were fabulous. The entrance to the hotel is one of the best I've ever seen. The hotel has a cosy feel and very clean. The staff were very polite, respectful and amazing at all times during interactions. I would love to visit again. The Housekeepers were brilliant and would engage with us every time they saw us despite the language barrier. Prices are quite reasonable.

The food was a bit of a letdown. It was a bit on the bland side. I guess it's because their guests are more European. E.g. they should offer the option of a plain or spiced omelette. Choosing a few ingredients to go in your omelette is easily done as it's done in other hotels. It was just plain old omelette just like the rest of the food. Invest in a juice machine that would do the juicing with proper hygiene standards and increase capacity. Salads were not particularly fresh so were most of the menu.

I spent five days at the Radisson Blu Palace at the beginning of June. The hotel is beautiful but needs a little extra care specially in the bedroom areas, and its location right by the beach is excellent. The spa is well-run, and the overall service is pretty good. However, the highlight of my stay was thanks to Monsef. He works with the hotel offering horse and quad rides. While there are many places in the area offering horse and dromedary rides — and I had actually pre-booked a standard horse ride online — it didn’t really have the wow factor. Monsef, on the other hand, took the time to listen to what I was looking for and organized a tailor-made horseback excursion just for me. It was a 3-hour sunset ride to Île aux Flamants 🦩, a protected UNESCO site. The experience was peaceful, beautiful, and truly unforgettable. During the ride, Monsef shared insights about the local fauna, culture, and the way of life in Djerba — which I found fascinating. He was both friendly and professional. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a more personalized and meaningful experience.

The noise of the birds under the dome in the bedroom area, it woke me up everyday around 4:00 a.m.!

ambience in public areas pleasing. room size good with 1 armchair, couch and table as well as bed etc. Breakfast food ok. Nice beach to walk on towards a small cafe selling good food and drinks. Interesting rooms in public areas.

cleaners need to use a small vacuum cleaner for carpet areas instead of a yard brush! Our carpet needed a vacuum cleaner. Someone came to brush it but we were surprised she used a brush!! mini bar drinks a bit on the expensive side. Plastic bucket seats on balcony are uncomfortable as no arm rests and quite cold. Washbasin needed attention as water was very slow to drain. Unacceptable for a premium hotel like the Radisson.

the entrance and the lobby, fantastic ! the room, the bathroom, the view, plants and palmtrees inside and outside, beautiful deco, stylish. Breakfast, Turquoise and Italian restaurants. Helpful housekeeping staff, waiting staff at the beachclub, and bith italiand and Turquoise restaurants were great! Poolboys very friendly too.

the carpet in the hallways going to the rooms was old and not convenient. the indoor gardens (greenhouse) were a bit outdated and not well maintained. There were fountains and basins but they were all empty and kind of looked abandoned. It seems like the rest of the property was renovated (beautifully), except for these areas.

-The good; it was calm, April is a good moment to relax away from the crowd. It was very clean and the staff always ready to help and at our service. -The highlight for me is the tour made with Adel (the colorful guide usually waiting at the beach of the hôtel with his camels. It was magic to me and he is very nice. -The bad; I feel like the simple single entry for the Thalasso is a Little overpriced. (29 euros) -special thanks to Adel( the guide with the camels) and to Nadia from the Radisson Blue. She is always available and helpfull.
