The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent, offering a great selection of freshly made food. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was friendly, making our stay overall very enjoyable.

We did encounter a couple of issues. The WiFi was extremely weak, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the kids’ activities in the lobby were extremely loud, making it difficult for us to relax. This resort is more suitable for families with children, not couples who are looking for a quiet relaxing romantic place. :)

20-2-2014 arrived a bit late a nice wirm wellcome then had my dinner was enough for what i need from meet veg salad and cakssss and even an ice cream the hotel was as i expected clean comfy and the staff were good its a shame that in the summer i cant affored to take my kids as there things forcthe kids and adult the only bad one i could not charg my iphone lol Thanks again and for sure ill be back soon

The room was nice and comfortable. Pool view from balcony was nice.. breakfast selection was great.

Wi-Fi never worked which was extremely exhausting.. kids’ events in the lobby were too loud, making it less relaxing than expected. Additionally, I was disappointed that there was no kettle or tea provided. Most hotels offer tea and coffee in the rooms, but this one did not.

Entertainment

This location need elevator! Parents with children or persons with less mobility cannot stay on second floor. We had our baby and needed to take our baby car moving up and down the stairs!!

Room size is ok , car parking , manager of restaurant was helpful .

Food is not good , you can feel the low quality ingredients . Rooms and otel needs renovation . Aquapark hours are so limited , they charge everything even beach towel ! Aqua park is old and there are lots of paint parts on stairs which are dangerous for feet. Some construction is going on in the garden during the mid of season ! And the most importantly the beach is very dirty! You can not even go into the sea because of sea weed hills . They even did not bother to clean. If you can reach to the sea , water is so so , not perfect but not that bad… they don’t give 2 key cards for room, so always trying to find each other with my wife ! Safe deposit was not working .
