Excellent hot breakfast. Very comfortable beds, lots of pillows. Very clean. Very polite and friendly staff for check in and out. We asked for a grund floor room when we booked and it was confirmed by email and provided. Buffet breakfast in dining room with attentive staff. We'll definitely stay here again.

There was a door closer to our room that we had access via the room key. it needs better lighting at night and the outside door and the hall door "banged" closed with what sounded like a gun shot. I felt badly for those close to the exit. A door closer would easily solve this.

The place has a retro feel to it and the rooms show it's age, but it was very clean throughout. The pool in particular was crystal clear, probably to he cleanest hotel pool I've swam in. The included breakfast was good. They had real scrambled eggs (as opposed to the rubbery ones from the box or the precooked ones some hotels use), and good bacon. Overall very happy with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We'll stay there again.

Nothing in particular bothered us. Bring a few bottles of water though, Moose Jaw's tap water isn't the best.

Comfortable bed and very quiet. Good breakfast when the restaurant is open, but bag lunch provided when the restaurant was closed or substandard.

There is currently job action and a pick up line outside of the hotel. I reserved online and only discovered the pick up line when I arrived. I would have chosen differently had I known. I have been locked out for over a year.

Our room was neat and clean. It was, for the most part, very quiet. Breakfast was outstanding !!! Also, this is a great stay for the price!!!

I was unable to use my debit card to pay. There is a very large damage deposit ($250), and it takes forever for them to take to hold off of your deposit. Also, the room was dimly lit-it could use more lighting.

Friendly staff and very quiet. Included breakfast was really good, buffet style on Sunday and restaurant ordering style on Monday with 3 options eggs with bacon/ham/sausage, potatoes, and toast, pancakes/waffles, or an omelette with potatoes and meat.

The tub had a very annoying plug that was almost impossible to get out. Bathroom was very dated but still met expectations just wish the tub had an easy plug and shower head was handheld

I didn't like the fact that I only found out that morning that unionized staff had been locked out by the CEO for over 300 days with no talks happening. I really hope that will change soon as that is not right to lock out employees who are asking for fair wage and proper benefits. Do better for them

We had a good sized, comfortable room. The free hot breakfast item was a nice addition although we didn’t take advantage of it.

It was very clean but it did look pretty dated. It was the closest accommodation we could get to the concert venue.

Wonderful, kind, and friendly staff. Off season so crazy good deal on my room. Loved the hot tub, quiet stay, and the FULL breakfast. Definitely recommend 😊

Little bit scruffy around the edges but it’s a huge property. I can tell that they are working hard to refresh the building.

I like the pool because it is deep enough to water run. I like that the fridge is a decent size and doesn't freeze my vegetables. I like that there is a microwave and that the coffee maker has a decent sized pot.

Hot tub jets could be better.
