Very friendly & pleasant nice staff, much better than most hotels I've stayed at. Nice hot breakfast was served with helpful attendant. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Room was quiet (facing the back of the hotel towards an empty grassy field). Nice to have a comfortable couch in the king bed room. Bed was comfortable. There is a nice kitchenette if needed. Good place to stay at the mid-point of your road trip. Amenities are nearby (fast-food, gas, groceries, etc). Price was reasonable for the current market.

Nothing really, a nice hotel. You might get a bit more noise from the front of the hotel which faces the highway (although it is a fair ways back), parking lot and a street where I noticed several semi's parked.

I was attending the Festival of Words downtown so it was a bit of a drive, but worth it for the lovely new facilities. I'm allergic to peppers and like eggs in the morning. Most days the omelets and/or potatoes had red peppers throughout, so I couldn't eat them. The waffles were good.

I requested a copy of my invoice/receipt on checkout and was told it was billed to my employer so no need. I knew we had no account in Moose Jaw and expected to have to submit expense claim to be reimbursed. The front desk clerk assured me not so, it was all covered. It took me two or three requests to persuade him to print out my invoice. As it turned out when I submitted my expense claim, my stay had not been covered, but had been charged to my personal MasterCard. I would have had no record of my accommodation expenses had I not insisted. It is standard practice for business travellers to receive a copy of their checkout invoice so they can check the individual charges, whether or not they are paying personally.

The property was clean and well maintained. Perhaps being a newer motel was a factor in the general appearance or condition of the motel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The raised ridges along the concrete entrances/exits allowing vehicles access to and from the motel parking lot. Perhaps these ridges were place there by design to serve as speed bumps. I don't recall any postings indicating there were speed bumps in place to access or leave the property with a vehicle.

How amazing the front staff and magement team was! Friendly service. Appreciated the manager allowing me to use a broom to clean my kiddos cracker mess up so the cleaners didn't have to worry about that!

How the hallways got noisy with the sports teams coming in late! Dislike the main floor due to the amount of traffic with it being not to far from the front. Other than that it was a great stay!

The hotel was very clean; with comfortable beds, excellent amenities, and a very friendly & courteous staff.

No issues with the hotel, but the area has few sidewalks to walk to the surrounding restaurants (having been couped-up in a vehicle; we decided to walk to a restaurant anyway.) If you don't intend to drive to things in the area, be prepared to walk on the side of the road.

The toilet was not flushing in our first room. Front desk clerk, Robin, quickly changed our room. The thermostat regulated the room temperature quickly and was quiet. The hallways were clean. The elevators were quick. Affordable. Room service staff were friendly and thorough.

It would have been nice to have a car service as the location was a distance from a few attractions.

Close to stores, restaurants and the trolley tours. Beds were very comfortable. All day coffee being available was a nice touch. Enjoyed the free breakfast.

We had a kitchen suite but had to ask for kitchen supplies in order to use it. The supplies provided were sparse and we had to run out to get some extra cutlery and a sharp knife as well as paper plates in order to make our meals.

The breakfast was good. The staff was great The room was nice. The lobby was upscale and pleasant. The hot tub and sauna were hot enough.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that the neighborhood was a bit industrial for me. We were only staying one night on our way from here to there so the neighborhood didn’t really matter anyway. A bit of grass and trees would help. Otherwise it was good value for the money and comfortable.

We liked everything about this hotel!! Everything was very clean, someone was always cleaning something. Breakfast was delicious. Room was very clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very pleasant and helpful.

The only thing we wish they had would be a sitting area outside.

Breakfast was fine although the sausage was reported as tasteless. The staff manning the breakfast room was very helpful and friendly. She showed me how to operate the waffle maker and asked if we needed anything else. Cleaning staff greeted me in the hallway.

Very busy when I first arrived. (2 phone calls for bookings, the second was placed on hold while I was waiting. The first call took which took quite a while and then the receptionist took the second call once finished the first. A person who came after me wanting into an exercise room). I am a patient person but would have appreciated being acknowledged while waiting for everyone else to get served including the gentleman who came after me. I felt rather invisible which is certainly not a good customer service move. A second individual eventually came to the desk and served me. No apology was given.
