Gorgeous renovation of the century old building - but an exceptional meal capped it off. Highly recommend their rib eye create your own menu options! Joann was excellent - but rest assured that Alex at the front desk is a pro. It’s unusual to find someone who knows to hold your room card out for you to see your room number, rather than announcing it for everyone else to hear. And no one should ever do it that way… as I travel a lot, it meant so much to be taken care of by a very thoughtful and professional team. This would be the perfect staycation for anyone in the area - and I will make it a stopping point in future travels.

This hotel is a hidden gem. My wife and I have family in Moose Jaw, and we'll definitely plan to stay in Grant Hall in the future. It is right down town, a restored venerable century-old building with good parking. The restaurant is exceptional, offering cuisine that one would not expect to find in a small prairie city like Moose Jaw! The staff are exceptionally friendly and accomodating. The hotel has so much more character than the generic hastily-constructed, American owned franchise boxes found near the highway. We're sold!

Because we stayed there on a holiday weekend, there was no breakfast service, although brewed coffee and tea were available.

Oh my, this place was more than I expected. From the outside, it was an old brick building, but inside, it was beautiful. The history of this building was very interesting to learn. When you walked inside, it was incredible to see how beautiful the main area was. Our room was spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. We spent 2 nights earlier at a different hotel and didn't enjoy their room. I most definitely will be coming back to this hotel.

The parking was full in the back and was small. Fortunately we were able to park on the street without paying for parking.

Location, old historic building, grand entrance and dining room. Bed very comfortable and bathroom clean. Shower great. Left 2 bottles of water

Our room was good except for: 1) sitting area was big but only two chairs so no place to sit if u had visitors, 2) no alarm clock or 3) ability to connect electronic devices. Technology has changed and should have connections to charge electronic devices. 4) happy to see real coffee mugs but could have left more than 2 coffee pods. No tea if u weren’t a coffee drinker. 5) but no glass/paper cups to drink from or use in the bathroom.

This property was such as a surprise for us! We had seen that it got good reviews, but we weren’t prepared for how comfortable, spacious and friendly it was. Loved the sumptuous bed and large closet in our room! We want to give a special callout to the friendly servers Brandi, Chloe and Elena in the restaurant—also a special callout to Roger, who was the most beautiful singer/guitar player and practiced and performed on the nights that we were there. We had such a wonderful time! Moosejaw will always remain one of our favorite places and we hope to return because of this hotel!

I love well maintained and well run period hotels. Grant Hall is a fully refurbished 100 year old facility where everything worked and is up to modern needs. Despite the last renovation being some time ago (judging by unmaskable wear marks), the management has done a very good job of keeping things in decent working order. The little details in the room like the period furnishings, artworks etc show someone really cared to do a good job in design. Kudos! Decent pricing and free parking are a bonus

The lobby area of the hotel is spectacular and all of the staff are all outstanding. The location of the hotel is excellent and the parking behind the building and entrance through the guest ramp is very convenient,

"The modernization of the guest rooms made it feel more like being in a new hotel. The laminate floors are sticky on bare feet and the window is sealed shut so no fresh air available. The mattress felt pretty old and definitely ready for a replacement.

The lobby is beautiful- lots of wood - perhaps a recently renovated property. The room was beautiful- spacious and clean, the bathroom small, but clean and a really nice shower. Bed was comfortable.

The room setup - the tv was against one wall and only way to watch was from the daybed - uncomfortable to sit on. The nice comfortable chair was immovable and you could not see the tv from it. The desk clerk knew nothing about the city e.g. tourism. We wanted to see the murals and he had no info, no map and could tell us nothing. We had to rely on online info - hard without a map of the downtown area. There was absolutely nothing in the room in the way of paper, pens, tourist info, etc. The restaurant was high end and I’m sure very nice- too expensive for us at the time. The parking was hard to find and very tight.

Period hotel with a lot of charm. Very clean and big room with plenty of space. Quiet. The bed was comfortable. The sheets / pillows/ towels smelled great and clean. The young lad at the registration helped us when we checked in late at night; he was very accommodating and went above and beyond - showed us where to park and pushed our cart to our room. Breakfast was great! Food I ordered was tasty ie breakfast sandwich. We enjoyed being in their restaurant. Just so elegant. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay at this hotel overnight again if we decide to go back to Canada. From a Family of 4 -with 2 little kids.

The hotel is really beautiful. They've done a wonderful job at refurbishing it! The room was terrific. Apparently all the rooms are different in this boutique establishment. staff were really friendly, helpful and nice. Loved their diningroom food. No need to eat anywhere else...so delicious! I totally recommend staying here!
