Close to the city centre. Almost no climbing. The room was very nice. With a valley view. Breakfast was ok, but don't expect much after 9 AM. But overall, it's quite some variety. It's probably the best hotel you can get on the mountain. Valet parking is available.

After 9AM not much of the breakfast will be refilled. The air-conditioning wasn't too great. Noisy and blowing in the face when sitting on the bed. Also, the remote near the bed doesn't work. You'll have the manually adjust the airco with the device on the wall. Nothing to big though.

The service from the front desk staff stood out the most. When we were trying to figure out how to get to the hotel from the bus stop, I emailed the hotel in advance for guidance, and they offered to have a colleague pick us up at the bus stop. That was excellent service. . The location of the hotel was perfect for us.

The room was quite comfortable, with a balcony, but the view was blocked by trees. The most annoying thing during our stay was a karaoke night that went on, at full blast, until 10:30 the night we were there (a Tuesday). We were in our room on the first floor and it was so loud we could sing along if we had wanted to - no one sings "My Way" well, by the way.

All the personnel were extremely friendly and helpful!. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was very good. We even got a special gourmet orange crepe made especially for us. Very central location. We got parking directly in front of the hotel for 4 Euro for 24 hours.

Although we highly recommend the hotel, there were some minor issues. We really wanted to use the beautiful hottub on the roof. I enquired when booking if the hottub and suana were operational and was told all facilities were available. When we arrived the hottub was not in use. We did get to use the sauna, but it was not what we expected of a high class hotel - very small and in a dingy massage room. Second, it was extremely windy during our visit and the window vibrated - sounded like a power drill. Luckily the wind died down during the night, so it didn't bother our sleep.

Central location with friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Dated room furnishings and no outside terrace space, unless you pay extra for a balcony or spa treatment, despite there being a space, it’s just kept closed.

The hotel is in a great location right by the old town. The views are amazing and the hotel having an outside terrace is great to relax on. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast food was good.

At first we were given an extremely small and outdated room, totally not acceptable for the price we payed. I asked for a change of room and was offered an updated room free of charge but actually ended up paying a small fee to get a balcony room. It was completely worth the extra money for the balcony view. The "pool" is a small hot tub with no view which is a shame.

Perfect location near the old town, just a few steps from the first "Archway" Very professional and nice staff. Good breakfast.

The rooms need modernisation :) but overal everything else was quite good and of course clean.

- Family room is quite spacious, good for small kids. - Beautiful view from the balcony. Otherwise head to level 3 there is a outdoor lounge/ terrace with a view. - Just a stone throw away from San Marino city center/Palazzo Pubblico, took a stroll there after sunset, very tranquil. - No kettle and cups for tea/coffee, but they can send warm water & tea to the room for free. Fridge present in the room. - Staffs are very friendly and helpful

- Breakfast was okay but no warm food (eggs etc). there’s toaster and can ask for warm pancake. - Parking along the road usually full, but we arrived late in the evening so there was a free space. - Wifi is very weak in the room

This is really the one and only hotel to stay in San Marino. It's within walking distance from any place worth a visit, well priced and a garage with valet parking. The beds are comfy and the staff is friendly.

It's a bit dated, but I was told that there are some newly refurbished rooms and, if so, it's worth asking specifically for them.

This hotel was absolutely stunning, as far as views go. The area of San Marino, where we were, is really unbeatable for views over the valley and surrounding. The breakfast was really good. The staff were welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. Parking was easy as there are carparks all around. On street parking was cheaper if you purchase a voucher from the hotel reception.

There was nothing we didn't like and will certainly visit again sometime.

The hotel is a short walk from everything you would want in San Marino. The hotel's restaurant had the best food I had on my entire 2 week trip. The views from the hotel are amazing. Hotel does have parking if you need it.

The furnishings were a little dated but it wasn't a big deal. The only accessible outlet was across the room from the bed so that was inconvenient. If you don't get a balcony room your window looks at the cliff and doesn't get much sunlight.
