I was booking this for a friend and she and her daughter enjoyed their stay at the Luxe.

They did not respond to my message for a special request (birthday cake). I am not sure if they are even reading it. I am out of the country and did not have energy to call by phone.

Location, amenities, restaurant

For guests who bring family members to use the pool, paying 800 php per person does not make sense when you have to order food from the restaurant and pay the fee per person as well. It’s too much and not worth paying the fee. I was told by the front desk that it was the hotel’s policy. I need to read the fine print next time. There’s a powdery smell near the carpet/entrance of the hotel which gave me a headache- i’m sensitive to smells.

like the location, breakfast, fire escape....we have to use the escape as a quake hit parts of Mindanao and tremors was felt strong in the hotel. Lots of guests went through the fire escape, but at least the fire escape is well lighted, wide and easy to access and completely free..

Pool was used for a private event, can't use it. With incidences of quake, maybe a safety orientation is needed? It has to be recalled that a few weeks back , another city in south Mindanao was hit by 7.0 Magnitude Quake, and on this day, another 6.4 (?) magnitude east of Mindanao, so people are still jittery!

With the breakfast, the hot chocolate was not the same as before that it truly taste good, it seems that what they serve is just a milo. That is disappointing. I really love the old hot chocolate before

The lighting jn the room seems off... It is so dark that you have to opt to open the windows.

The breakfast was a bit cold sometimes but still tastes good. Really wanted some langonisa but they never had.

The Staff are amazing and the food was massive near to everything 👍

Central location. I parked my car in front and checked in and just walk to places that I needed to go to.

Room was excellent, breakfast was wonderful. Just a very nice relaxing stay.

Elevator doors close very quickly.

The place is accessible on all transportation means. Restaurants and malls are near the hotel.
