Beautiful and convenient location right next to the castle in Este. Quiet, apart from the cicadas. Spacious and comfortable room, large bathroom, helpful staff.

The room was very hot when we arrived (it was 34 outside). This was solvable using the air conditioning system, but that was rather noisy. If the room had been cooled down an hour before we arrived, it would have been more pleasant.

Perfect and very convenient location, parking. The breakfast was really good and the bed very comfortable.

The silicone in the shower could use some refurbishment, and there were no hooks in either the bathroom or the room to hang towels or jackets. Additionally, there were only four hangers in the wardrobe.

Spacious and clean rooms. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The hotel is a historic property with interesting interior design elements. Also it has free parking.

A very comfortable hotel with parking, just in few steps from the mighty Este Castle! and 5 minutes to walk by foot to city centre. Highly recommended!

The man who welcome us on arrival was not friendly at all , the next morning the lady who prepared breakfast was amazing 🤩

The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was great, right across from the castle, and a pleasant walk from restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is located near old town walls, The place is rather old, one could say somewhere in 50ies of 20th century. But with good parking lot and rather large room. The bathroom was also rather big. The room itself has not particularly developed instracture but was quite spacious and convenient. The breakfast was quite good and satisfactory. Our general feelings are positive.

Basically we have not got special expectations as we were just traveling to south of the Italy and wanted to stop for one night.

Breakfast is good. Location very convenient . We have stayed before and would stay again - good value for money and nice hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the Hotel is in the center and has nice views of the Historical sites, nice place with comfy beds and the juicer at breakfast is a great touch , we liked that very much.

Welcoming staff, great location, tasty breakfast with lots of choice, comfortable bed, good shower.

A few little things could have been better - hooks in bathroom for towels, plugs in basin and bidet, RAI TV channels. The restaurant dinner is pretty awful - processed and microwaved. I haven’t scored the hotel down for this as we weren’t exactly encouraged to eat there - but to alert other travellers.
