The facilities were fabulous. Loved the pools and the golf course. Didn't have time to play tennis! Our bedroom on the top floor was wonderful with lots of space and luxury bathroom and balcony. Easy to get into Venice and Padova.

The service from some of the staff was a bit unfriendly and unhelpful. There was very limited information about the hotel facilities, trips available etc (even on the app).

The facility needs a facelift on the outside, paint peeling a little, gardening and lawn mowing ( painters, roadworkers and gardeners started work as we left, maybe this has improved) The dinner was mostly really good, with great food choices, the first evening they must have had a problem in the kitchen ( soup not hot, potatoes cold etc). But that problem was only one evening.

Clean and updated room. I love the large closets and large bathroom with lovely toiletries. I also liked that the pools were open I felt like I could walk around comfortably without being bothered by staff all the time like other thermes. The waiters were available when needed for cocktails but were not pushy. I absolutely would come back again.

Dinner reservations were not available due to another large party/convention booking the entire restaurant. The phone numbers to book a massage were not working.

The facility is modern looking, my room was spacious (and it was a standard one) and clean. The indoor pool is tiny but the outdoor ones are really nice. The restaurants and bar are very elegant looking and the staff was friendly.

Its very relaxing and complete we had out dinner and breakfast everything is delicious the buffet for anti pasti and breakfast are abundant. The pool outside is very big. Overall we love it!!!

The grotto maybe they should renovate it and there is no sauna

The staff is nice, everything is very clean, very good btlreakfast, alswimming pools. Besides, tried fantastic panciotti for dinner, the portion is small, but the taste is fantastic. Also tried rhe best semifredo everr, was wirh peach.

My husband and I had a great Christmas Eve at the hotel. The dinner, accommodation, spa facilities, and staff were outstanding. Thanks for the amazing experience with music to celebrate Christmas night. We will definitely come back.

The pools may need a bit of renovation on the edges. You can see the dirt accumulated along the years.
