Location. Size of the place, tons of space to relax and move around. Easy free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room. Good bathroom. Spa robes, towels and useful large bag for poolside. Excellent steam room. Very unexpected birthday gift of Prosecco from the management, not requested by any of my family. I checked 😂

Had to ask for the a/c to be activated. Fine once it was. There is also a strange policy about ‘owning’ a lounger poolside, that obviously the regulars know about, as I got told off by a guest. But no problem as there is a plethora of loungers available.

I stayed here to have a quiet place to work on a project & it was perfect for my needs. Although my single room was small it was perfectly equipped & laid out& the large balcony meant I never felt claustrophobic while spending hours at a time I the room The staff were exceptionally pleasant & even those that couldn't speak English made the effort to communicate with me, namely the older waiting staff & the spa therapist

The food was a strange set up that I'd not seen before. Instead of a nightly dinner buffet you are served silver service an option of 3/4 dishes for starter & main. This just didn't suit me, I ended up hungry as portions were tiny& sometimes I didn't like my choice. If this was buffet, I could just select something else. This would stop me from returning especially as I skipped lunch to work so was very hungry by 7.20pm

An old-school hotel from a past era with all the flair which is missing with so many modern hotels. Staff was very professional and helpful. The mattresses were firm and very comfortable. Towels and bathrobes were included. Great location, quiet and with a lot parking spots, quite many in shadows. If traveling there again, I’ll probably choose the same stay.

The hotel was outdated in many ways and could use a refresher. For a stay of more than one night the hotel wanted to charge us extra for use of pools and spa, neither of which we were planing to use. We had to request explicitly not to charge us, others were charges automatically.

We took HB. Breakfast was the same every day, but dinners menu were changed regularly. The hospitality level demonstrated by all employees was top rated. This relates to all categories of employee - looks like it is a business paradigm of this hotel. Your problems are solved, your concerns are eliminated, any changes on planned procedures are proceeded fast and without any stress. We stayed in hotel during Christmas/ NYE period where there are a lot of people enjoying SPA/pools facilities. Nevertheless, there were enough places in swimming pools and on benches nearby. Despite of winter time, there was very warm everywhere - in rooms, pools, lobbies and relax areas. It was very comfortable to move in bathrobes after procedures or thermal pools. There were plenty of parking places on territory.

The only one thing could evidence that this hotel has 3-stars - free toiletries are modest and not renewed regularly. For us it was not a big issue. Depends on model of your phone, WiFi could be not so good (however, I had no problem with my iphone). Anyway, WiFi is perfect on lobby.

The pool is amazing and really clean and lots to try for wellness. Staff very happy and helpful. rooms very big and comfy, will return here soon for sure :)

WIfi was terrible maybe as I was on a high floor but found it bad to connect which is a big problem for me as I work online and need a strong fast connection or it causes me issues and stress - could connect with mobile but not with laptop - this was the only thing I found wrong. Also the bad could have had two extra pillows would have been nice, I was so relaxed I forgot to ask or check before I went to sleep!!!

We stayed a week. Everything was perfect. The personnel were invariably cheerful and helpful. The guests were mostly Italian, but I heard German and some French as well. The waiters and reception staff spoke at least English and German. The meals were tasty, fresh, healthy and abundant. We paid 28 Euros per person for dinner (drinks not included). Beverages were very reasonably priced. The human warmth was incredible. The hotel had a copy of our passports, so they knew when was my wife's birthday; that evening we came back to our room and found a card and a bottle of Prosecco.

I cannot think of anything, these people are not out to make a buck. The hotel recently celebrated its 45th birthday

Large green territory, location in a quiet place away from noisy roads. Swimming pools and whirlpools make a combination of joy, swimming, exercise and healing water treatment. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive, quality of food service and how it was organised exceeded all expectations. Special thanks to the receptionist Eugenia for her attention and providing helpful information during our stay and thanks to all hotel staff for such a wonderful week of family vacation. It will always be a pleasure to be back.

There wasn't anything, everything was perfect

Breakfast was super with so many choices. Lunch and dinner meals were well prepared and had lots of fish as well as pork, beef and etc.

Lunch was wonderful but too many courses. I would suggest a lite fare for Lunch with maybe 3 courses instead of the 6 to 7 courses. Too much food in the middle of the day for Americans.

The food was excellent, the staff very friendly and very professional. The local wines were very good and very reasonably priced. The other guests are very nice.

I cannot think of anything I did not like. I love this place

The location on the edge of town tucked into the hills. Breakfast. Great big outdoor pools. Value for money.

No drinking water in the rooms is understandable given the thermal nature of the area, but the should be a well of a possibility to retrieve drinking water from. No frigde in the room is no issue in November having the balcony, but during other seasons it would be helpful. Some little details like a hook to hang the key close to the door.
