Everything, it is a beautiful elegant hotel in a spa town that caters for a wide variety of guests who want to relax in a very warm swimming pool or take spa treatments. The staff were all unfailingly cheerful and helpful and the restaurant provided excellent dining at 35 Euro for four courses The owner is conspicuous every day making sure that guests are happy and that the Hotel is well run Excellent place for a rest in the sun or as a base for visiting Venice Padua and the surrounding National Park.

Abit tired in places But clean

The location - close to the train station and close to the hills. You can walk or bike around the beautiful surroundings. Quiet, peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. I liked the charming old-style interiors. The pools were gorgeous!

The mosquitos, but I'm used to live with mosquitos in my area, so I didn't pay that much attention.

Pools were spacious and clean. They were very warm so ideal for elderly and kids. It wasn't busy when we went. We even had the pool to ourself for 1h. We had a free upgrade to a suite. Which was gorgeous and the bed was firm. Internet worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and they make you the coffee you request. The hotel is dated but in a nostalgic way and it is kept well. I personally liked the vibe of the 1930s and all the mismatch furniture .

Check in and check out are out. Both slow. This could be streamlined to be faster and more efficient use of staff time.

lovely hot pools. sunny outside pools. lots of space but I think it was a quiet time of year (April mid week). good allergy help from restaurant although food was very plain one night. spacious lounge and nice wine with dinner. a good place for a relax. I had a nice massage too. probably best to book in advance if you went multiple treatments but I couldn’t figure out how (didn’t try very hard though).

it’s nearly 20 min walk from the train station and anywhere else to eat but we were only there for a couple of nights so no problem for us. plus there were taxis and busses if you didn’t fancy the walk. you have to wear a swimming hat in the pool which they sell you for 3e. can’t imagine it’s doing anything once you’ve got your hair tied up. I didn’t mind but not everyone was wearing one and on the last morning we forgot ours and got told off (whereas other people the day before hadn’t been).

The location is nice with green surroundings. Great service and very helpful staff.

We stayed in the classic suite which was on the 1st floor, the view from the balcony wasn't what I expected, it was a bit disappointing.

The Hotel has a great garden and a spacious spa facility. One could stay in the pools forever due to the thermal waters enriching the temperature and the quality of the water. The owners are there for generations and give their best given the circumstances.

The food was rather poor when you have high expectations that are quite common for Italy. The bar did not offer any snacks except for toast. The surroundings are not quite typical Italian, but rather socialistic.
