It was absolutely stunning. Maybe low season, but its mean we had plenty of time in pools just for our selfs, mostly Italians, not many tourists like us 😂 . Breakfast was very generouse and fresh, some local products, plenty to choose. We already booked some another stay after summer season. Even if is 8 hours of driving. Its thru that hotel is bit outdated - but all works perfectly fine, staff was helpfull and smiley, nothing was broken, all was super clean, 100% charming, bed was comfy, aircon works, many Italian accomodation has it, and we prefer that. We had dog - there are parts where dog obviously cannot enter, but also thet had huge garden where dog is allowed with many spots with fresh and clean water bowls.

I didnt like the massage - it was like something between petting of the dog and Parkinson attack … no proper massage. Even the massage therapist was nice, and polite, but i came for muscle relieve.

We absolutely loved this hotel and Thermal Spa. We discovered it by looking for a pet friendly hotel with a swimming pool on our way through Italy and it turned out to be so much more. We came back for 5 days and enjoyed the warm swimming thermal pool, some great treatments and the excellent breakfast. The town has a good choice of restaurants and bars and one of the best outdoor markets I've been to. The staff are very friendly, check in was smooth and the room was large, with a mini fridge and a balcony.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly at all times. The room looked like it had been recently renovated and was very clean. The breakfast room was well set up and a good selection was offered and enjoyed. There was a robe, towel and slippers provided for use at the pool. The pool facilities were pretty standard and well maintained.

The hotel looks dated but a lot of hotels in the area are in a similar state. There seems to be an effort made to renovate the rooms and so this is a step in the right direction.

I really liked the excellent breakfast with a lot of choice for all tastes. It was great that I could store my bike in the storage room, which gave me peace of mind during my short stay in Abano. Lovely staff both at the reception and breakfast room. It was great to enjoy a warm bath at the thermal pool.

We have been going to this hotel since 2018 and we felt very comfortable. It is a quiet and chic hotel, with very kind staff. I particularly appreciate the cleanliness in the rooms. we will return with pleasure every year. I would suggest the inclusion of a salt room in the spa area

The outdoor pool area needs some very minor renovations (e.g. the pool lights at night no longer work, and the paving should be redone in some places). It doesn't bother, but over time it might degrade more.

Staff kind and good equipment

Overall It is a little bit old a refurbishment would be needed but it is compensate from quality of the service

Nice big room, large comfy bed, spacious balcony with a small table and 2 chair, great AC, easy parking. Pools not too big but adequate. Warm water. Plenty of sunbeds and little tables. Friendly staff all around.

Bathroom kinda dated and the hairdryer was tiresome because you need to keep pressing the button hard to make it work.

I liked in general the hotel a lot. Very beautiful from the outside and from the inside as well. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room was very hot during the night. The AC didn't seem to manage the work it was supposed to do

bit old fashioned but nice hotel price fairly low for what you get nice to enjoy the spa and some peacefull time.

good breakfast and dinner. easy access to terme pool and garden. Staff very helpful with cycling issues - helped with puncture and provided cycle local route map. Bus stop for Padua just outside property
