Every staff member was polite and patient in handling my requests. Breakfast was varied and of exceptional quality. Again, staff were friendly and attentive daily. The bed and pillows were notably comfortable. There was a bidet. The pools were accessible inside or out in a quiet neighborhood -- my room faced a park, while the other side looked down on the exterior pool. Plenty of comfortable, potentially shaded seats surround the entire area. The various timed jetted areas were spread out, and a natural stone pathway especially challenged me during my therapeutic visit. Excellent savory snacks -- pizza bread (not like in the States) and pesto pasta, for example -- were provided poolside during the day. Onsite dinner was a nightly event with a regional tone. It's a good neighborhood for a walk up and down the street at all hours. Solid low-cost local food choices, from pizze to kebab, Aldi's to gourmet groceries -- all within 1/2 mile radius. 9.25 rating

The exercise bike was older and functioned intermittently. The stairwell railing on one of the lower floors (one or two, European, and I forgot to mention it!) was loose. Limited private grounds to walk.

It was a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The hotel it's a gem💎 in this wonderful place. It's a first time we have visit the abano terme and we will definitely keep it in mind for the next times as a stop before returning to our country. Everyone on the stuff is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful. Of all the hotels across Europe we have been, it was the only one that made us feel as comfortable as at home. The service at the restaurant should & could easily be improved. Breakfast & dinner were a bit chaotic (e.g. delays in ordering, missing refills of the buffet, inefficient workflows)

The rooms were a good size for a double room. Towels and toiletries provided and replaced daily if required (towels only if necessary but toiletries and minibar were. Breakfast was over 4 hours which meant you could enjoy it at your own pace and not be in a rush. Food items and levels were kept high. Staff always about if you needed anything or any information. Pool hours were 8am till midnight, they did have a poolside ordering service. clean and well maintained pool and outdoor areas. Off road parking is provided and large enough we always found a space.

English translations were few and far between in person. Could have provided more around the room and at reception. Minibar is only free if booking directly with the Hotel which we were not made aware of even after several days of using it (this was later rectified but the information was still missing). TV isn't smart so stuck with Italian tv channels.

We enjoyed our time at Aqua hotel,the staff is super friendly and helpful, they welcome our dog with a gift and support us for all our needs. For sure we will come back to continue to enjoy the relaxing time at Aqua hotel. Thanks again and see you soon 🔝💯

The room was very comfortable, clean, well appointed, and quiet. The breakfast buffet was varied and dinner menu had good choices. Staff was professional and welcoming. The spa area was quiet and massages were excellent. Loved the pool. Will definitely come back; well worth the price.

I would love the flexibility of late check out...that's just cuz I like pools! Not much else not to like.

Fantastic second stay here. The staff are so friendly, the room was large and quiet and the breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit and vegetable juice. We also really appreciated the evening aperativi and the poolside snacks. The location is fantastic for evening strolls around Abano Terme.

It would be nice to have a water dispenser by the sauna.

Really relaxing and nicely furbished hotel that has a fantastic thermal pool and spa treatment. The staff is so welcoming, warm and friendly. We’ve been to a lot of places, but here trully the staff stands out. Everything seems so easy, and the overall energy of the hotel is so inviting and cozy. We had a small balcony, free parking, nice breakfast buffet, and reservations for private spa. It was Perfect!
