The outdoor thermal pool is a gem. There are sunbeds, the area of the pool is behind the building so it's quiet. The water is clean and warm. Good variety of food for breakfast, with fresh veggies, warm dishes, tasty baked treats. Nice and welcoming service at reception and at breakfast. The place has seen more glorious days, still visible today in the selection of furniture in the entrance hall and restaurant. The room is a good size, definitely enough space for two persons to stay comfortably. I found the bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and are very grateful to the hosts.

I like the fact that using pool with thermal water was included in room fee. We did not expect that because of some bad reviews we have read here on booking. Hotel is older, but done with nice materials. Refurbishment is ongoing so I guess it will look better soon. The quality of breakfast was superb. It is Italian style (mostly sweet breakfast), but the quality of everything was way better then what we have experienced in Italy in similar hotels (even with higher ranking hotels in Italy). The parking is free. The location is central, so it was nice to go for a walk around. We would definitely go back .

The room was small, but We needed just a place to stay.

real 3-bed room with a large balcony and a view of the pool on the first floor. Room cleaning and service in the cafe at breakfast are at a high level.

First check-in into a gloomy double room without a balcony instead of a triple room with a balcony, as indicated in the booking. After my justified complaints, we were moved to a 3-bed room with a balcony, as we had booked for a family. The pool was often closed early, at 18:00 instead of 20:00 as stated in the reservation.

Despite hot summer, no minibar or refrigerator in the room. Air conditioning was poor. The weather is very hot in summer in the city but the air conditioner was old system installed in the ceiling of the room and it took couple of hours till it could decrease the temperature a little bit. We stayed one night and could not use internet. They said it is a general problem in the Hotel but it never solved. The owner of the hotel was sharing her mobile hotspot for people who needed internet. Not happy with this. Breakfast was from 7 to 10. We entered restaurant at 7:30, there was almost nothing left to eat. There was no proper refreshing system to replace consumed items and we had to choose only from little leftovers. This was not a good experience

Excellent stay. Quite impressed. My third stay in Abano. All went very well. The pool is hot, just as I like it. The hotel is not in the perfect shape but the staff is. Very good, kind and professional staff. Receptionist and kitchen. Breakfast is fantastic. The best we seen on 20+ places in Italy. Parking near by. Convenient.

No real complaint. Excellent value for the money. it obvious that its a bit older hotel and need some refreshment. For a real hot time, they should consider putting small fridge in the room. at least for water.

It's next to a huge road but you can hear nothing, the place is really cute and the staff really nice, it's just a little better if you speak a bit of Italian. It's only 5 minute from the airport, perfect for early flights

The overall was perfect, we just had a little less chance about mosquitoes but we can't do much about that, also you have to be really carefull when crossing the road (if you don't have a car) it's kinda dangerous

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, position is great, very easy to find.

Although it is extremely clean, the facility and its equipment are quite old. It's fine for an overnight stay if you're on a road trip. I don't really know if I would stay there for a long time.

The location is good, the breakfast was great, i slept very well because of the environment was so calm and cool, i love to see it again in the future.

The hallway, i smell a little bit of a mold and it looks like a litle bit scary when you try to walk alone

It is an old building and unrenovated but you can see that it was an amazing place in the past. Now it has some good atmosfere and good connection to the highway. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Althought no airco, a fan is available at the room which was really okay in summer.
