Location was excellent as very close to bus stop to Padova. Can buy bus tickets at reception, only 2 euros. Very frequent, air con bus service, 25 mins to Padova. Very good and quiet aircon in rooms. Very quiet at night, no loud music. Cleanliness was exceptional, in room and at pool area. There are 3 pools, 2 outside and one indoor which was great. Lots of seating areas, saunas, bathrooms, showers. The pool area was much better than we expected. The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel made an exception for us for breakfast one morning opening half an hour earlier as we had to leave before breakfast began. We will return!

This hotel was a lucky find for us. A family run, medium sized, tradional hotel that has been kept up to date with its decor. A lovely, large reception/sitting area and front garden with seating. Friendly and helpful staff. A good sized room(#106) with a walk in, good sized shower. Plenty of hot water. Effective air conditioning. The thermal pool, spas and other facilities has been a fabulous surprise. Much more impressive than I was expecting from the photos. Plenty of sun lounges around pool area and on a grassy area with shade trees. Plenty of free parking onsite, with an electric car recharge station. A good array of Italian breakfast choices. Good coffee. The hotel has half and full board options as well as BnB. Very reasonable prices at the bar. I had trouble logging onto the internet but the english speaking manager was able to get me access and it has worked fine the whole time. The bed was a little firm for my liking but the effect of the thermal spa meant I slept very well anyway. If you are looking for a thermal spa hotel experience at an affordable price, this hotel is a really good choice. We have loved our time here. 12 out of 10 from me!

The only disadvantage of this hotel is that it is too far from Australia.

Location is excellent close to public transportation and to the town center.

Breakfast could benefit if more vegetables and more fruits included

Staff excelent and kind. Pools area and SPA very nice. Rooms spacy with nice balcony. Clean.

Rooms outdated with basic equipment , no lamp for reading or watter heater.

The pool are comfortable. We have healthy breakfast. Our has a little bit odor and dust.

I don't like the odor of our room. I found also a little dust at the surface of the table. And also the dust on the headboard of our bed.

Very helpful staff, great enviroment, super pool area.
