Simply put, Esplanade was the best "resort" I have ever had the pleasure to spend a time in. Everything about the facility- and I do mean EVERYTHING- was truly 5-star. Our junior suite was spacious, the bathroom and shower were right out of a design magazine. The spa and pool(s) facilities, both indoor and outdoor were thermal-heated with lots of lounge chairs. My partner and I had a couples massage that we are still talking about. The food- breakfast buffet (included) and ala-carte dinners were worthy of a Michelin star. Best of all was the wonderful staff. An incredible value. Going back soon!!!

It sounds silly to complain about, but they charged for bottled water! Nothing else to complain about!

It is not our first stay in this hotel and the mere fact that we were back again, proves that we like it very much! From the first greeting at the reception: "Welcome back!" to the farewell, we felt ourselves comfortable and taken care of. Easy and quick check-in and check-out, wonderful pool, comfortable bed, rich and tasty breakfast, quiet surroundings - all you need for a good relax.

The youmger team at breakfast appeared to be a bit less experienced and attentive.

It is the second time I have visited this beautiful hotel. From the moment of arrival you are welcomed, you are relaxed and looked after so well. It us the perfect place to unwind, reset and enjoy this beautiful part of Italy. Thank you to Emanuele especially - she made out 1st trip so special and this one again too. The wonderful Spa Manager helped my daughter with some beneficial treatments for her hay fever. We enjoyed wonderful treatments. The Breakfast, beautiful rooms, wonderful friendly staff - everything is exceptional. Thank you 🤩

The staff was welcoming and very helpful, any requests have been dealt with immediately. Excellent breakfast with wide choice of delicious food. Relaxing pool area, all necessary for taking a break.

As it was a bit too hot in the room, we kept the balcony door open at night and it was a bit noisy in the street.

This hotel is our favourite! Great place to relax! fantastic breakfasts! Enjoyable spa, good service at the poolside bar and the hotel in general! ( finally a hotel where there is no fighting over lounge chairs! Covered parking ! E-bikes available at reception for enjoyable excursions around the hotel !

I was a guest of the hotel for the 4th time ! I was really looking forward to the dinners but the food quality at the Pepita restaurant is much worse than it was even just a year ago ! Almost all the hotel staff I have met have done their job impeccably,I have sometimes felt rudeness at the reception

As this was not our first stay, we are coming here again and again and feel like home. Helpful and pleasant staff, nice room, beautiful pool, rich and tasty breakfast, comfortable bed - all one needs for excellent relaxation.

This is the best hotel in Montegrotto. I could highly praise all in this hotel - staff, location, amenities. The restaurant was a top quality. SPA and pools zone is very clean and convenient. I would highly recommend to choose this hotel for stay in Montegrotto

The pools are great.

The receptionist enters the credit card number into the computer. It is possible that someone could steal the card numbers stored on hotel computer! Considering the price, the room and services are worth max €200 per day!

Beautiful buildings, rooms and spa facilities, all was perfect, breakfast was good.

Exorbitant prices for the Xmas menu in the restaurant without corresponding quality of food. Recommend to use the many excellent restaurants outside the hotel
