Great place, we enjoyed it with my wife for a week and it was an AMAZING experience! The staff, the thermal pools and showers, the food, everything was really amazing! The bedrooms were ok, I would have preferred a bit more comfortable beds, both for me and my wife were a bit too hard, but overall they were ok.

In the beds there was a bit of an annoying noise coming from a vent next to the bedroom entrance, as far I understand there were pipes and ventilation there, the staff turned off some stuff to reduce the noise, which drammatically improved it, but there was still a bit of it. However it was ok and didn't have a relevant impact on our amazing stay!

Staff Modern renovations Food Ambience Resort and spa offers Location Comfort of bistro Aurora in the bistro, Guisseppe in the main restaurant, the front desk staff, and the cleaning person were very attentive, friendly and professional. My time in the bistro was very nice thanks to Aurora, and Guiseppe gave me advice on my travels to Padua.

The bed was too firm. Is there an option for softer mattresses in the future?

Perfect stay, we love this hotel and we will return again. It is a perfect place to stay and relax. Pricing is good and amenities are perfect. Pool is far above any expaectations.

Waiter at pool does not undersand not one word in English, it was rather difficult to get coffe and water :) , Also, No English language TV channels. But this is small things, hotel is very very good, highly recommended.

Charming hotel. It was full of Christmas Spirit. The decor was old world with comfy couches, chairs, tables all through the lobby. They accommodated my dog and my gluten free diet. I have reservations for Christmas since it was so cheerful I couldn’t wait to go back again.

The closet had a strange bright light when you opened the door. The door was glass so I found no need for such a bright light. To get the light off, you had to close the closet and it screeched from the metal scraping.

Clean -quiet - beautiful - staff was wonderful ! There are bigger thermal pools, but this one is so nice with adults only. Also- it isn’t overcrowded, so you don’t need a lot of extra room. Felt like they kept the numbers lower to create the perfect balance. The peaceful ambiance helped me relax and unwind after a busy holiday season. I will be back!

It had a mix of old school Italian hotel style and a new spa hotel. Big car park, reception with very helpful staff. Nice well stock small bar with great staff. Standard small double room was very nice and well equipped. Access to spa was included and overall the spa was great!

Price of main restaurant food was a little high.

Breakfast was awesome. We enjoyed the spa and the pools very much.

The dinner was just OK. It would be great to have a bit more knowledgeable waiters. It would be great if it was easier to exchange the bathrobes as there is no way to dry them out in the rooms. It became hot in our room and the AC was not turned on in the whole facility in May.

Fantastic, elegant quality of room, restaurant, spa, pools, food and massage treatment service. Very competent, polite a d friendly staff who were spontaneously helpful. Matteo and Daniela at the Front of house ( reception) were outstanding, so were Camilla and Michele who did our massages.

Beautiful location and facilities. Loved the chic decor, wonderful staff. Amazing spa treatments, great doctor and therapists. The pools and spa circuit were stunning. Didn’t want to leave.
