The location is good, breakfast decent

Being in the same business, I always feel bad giving bad reviews that’s why I’ve given 10 stars to the hotel. I really want to share my experience for the staff to improve the hotel standards: 1) there was no drinks even water in the room, I had to ask it and the receptionist had to bring some tap water, warm, and the bottle was missing the lid. At the check out they also asked money for that water. 2) the air conditioning unit stop working in the evening and it wasn’t pleasant sleeping with no ac, when I asked about it they couldn’t fix it

Very good location, 15 minutes walking to the center. Free and spacious parking. Delicious breakfast. Clean room. Very good experience through the checkout, gentle stuff.

Only noise from the street, during the night. Namely, there is some construction in the neighborhood and walking through the metal bridge (under the window) is pretty loud. When this construction finished, there wouldn’t be such noise anymore. Also, rooms that are on the parking side, probably have less noise.

Great buffet breakfast - really appreciated the "muesli" bar. Helpful staff. Large grocery store a short walk away if you need supplies.

Room was not very sound proof. Mine was both street-facing on a lower floor and next to the elevator, so I could easily hear passing traffic (not a busy road, but still some noise at night) and comings-and-goings of other guests (the electronic locks on the room doors make a very loud beep!). Nothing that ear plugs couldn't fix though!

The hotel is in the heart of the city. They also have a parking lot and they let you park even after check out. The breakfast buffet was good and they also prepare fresh coffee on the spot. The staff was hospitable and they let us check in early. The room was spacious with a nice view.

We tried the spa and for next time, I would choose maybe a massage or other services rather than the 3 hours which you could only spend in 3 areas. We were lucky because we were the only ones there but with other people it can be crammed up.

Location was very good 15 minutes walk to almost anywhere. 2 easy access lifts in entrance staff always helpful one even took us to our concert venue when there were no taxi

The restaurant was very compact when there was more than 10 people getting to the food area impossible also they were very slow in replenishing the food. For such a large hotel the dining area needed to be bigger

the hotel is clean and the food very good. the staff are friendly and helpful

at the checkout the reception charged me one more night out if nowhere and they couldn't refund me and I had to wait 30 min for them to give me back cash which I didn't need. I have an appointment to manicure and pedicure and the lady was lovely but she was a beginner and they didn't had everything needed for the services. I paid 45 euro for basically nothing.

We liked spacious room and comfortable beds, the receptionist was nice. Parking was available and that was an asset

Breakfast was terrible with cold and not fresh eggs, very limited quality and actually no possibility to request anything as they replied negatively. Breakfast room is small for such size of the hotel. This has to be improved in order to reach general good impression about the hotel.

On my mistake we came 1 day earlier than booked. Immediately the young lady at the reception offered us to get in touch with booking and try to change the reservation without additional costs. Booking accepted (Thank you Booking!) so we had a pleasant night in Padova! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, specially the bed was very good.

Can't say too much, it was a very short overnight stay. The facades of the building could be renovated at all, the rooms are let's say friendly vintage.

Really great hotel. Good location. Room was lovely and large and had a huge terrace. Bed was extremely comfy.

Only complaint was the breakfast. Area is far too small and the two ladies who were on duty were run off their feet so the buffet options were always empty. Need more staff!

The location suits me very well as it is a short walk into the centre as well as to several cousins living nearby. It have ample parking space and has bicycles for use by residents. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

The bathroom in my unit was showing signs of old age and needed some attention. Breakfast was a little thin with many items missing.
