Everything! The room was lovely. It was modern yet reflected the charm of the setting. The management staff is VERY responsive and they have the keyless entry nicely worked out. A special shout out to the maid staff. They leave your room fresh and sparkling every day. Snd management is very generous with shampoo, toilet paper, tissue ….we stayed ten days and I never had to request any supply. Our room was always well stocked. You could not ask for a better location in terms of view and access to the Botanical Gardens, university , tram to train station, etc. charming restaurants and bistros abound. This accommodation really enhanced our stay. The plaza across the way was always vibrant and interesting to watch.

Perfect location. Functional, clean room with good bed, good shower, and fantastic view. Soundproof with the windows closed. Within walking distance to most we wanted to see. Clear and timely communication with the owner who met us even though he had set up self check in. Easy bus to and from the train station.

Towel bar is inside the shower which pretty much negates its use. Therefore we had to request fresh towels daily. While functional, the space is a bit tight. If you travel with a lot of luggage you may have difficulty. It was not an issue for us with carry on luggage.

This place is a sweet little gem across from St. Anthony’s Basilica. Our room was on the small side but a good value for the money. Everything was clean and modern with thoughtful touches like complimentary beverages in the room. The communication was good and the staff very helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay!

To initially enter the building and then your room, you are sent a link to your WhatsApp that will open the doors. That’s not a problem if your data roaming/wifi etc is working. Ours wasn’t, so it was a bit frustrating. But one of the staff at the C20 Bistro that is associated with the hotel helped us out and we resolved the problem quickly. Also, breakfast was not included with the room but could be purchased, but was a bit pricey.

The room was an absolute delight! We were immediately captivated by the stunning view of the Basilica of San Anthony of Padua. The decor was modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. A lovely welcome awaited us with a complimentary bottle of wine – a thoughtful touch! The location was fantastic – quiet and peaceful, perfect for a restful stay. Plus, a delicious breakfast bar right downstairs made mornings a true pleasure. We especially appreciated the convenience of using a smartphone app to access both the building and our room. The internet was flawless, and the bathroom was sparkling clean, modern, and well-equipped. The USB charging stations next to the bed were another fantastic detail. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Clean, comfortable, excellent location. Great bed. With no live person at the hotel, we felt uncertain. You can check with the adjoining restaurant and they do help, eg I needed help to store luggage upon arrival and departure, and they helped to book me a departure taxi. But the uncertainty feeling lingers during the stay. And being in a foreign land, this is an additional stress.

Wow! Believe all the 5*reviews! The view from our deluxe double room on the first floor (there is a lift) of the Basilica was exceptional! The room is bright and airy, with fresh white bed linen, hairdryer, towels, robes and all toiletries provided . Everything is spotless and well appointed. There was a bottle of Prosecco, teas, coffee and some soft drinks too. On arrival we weren’t sure how to access the property, but that was no problem. We rang the owner who was v nice and talked us through it - it was our fault, but he wasn’t grumpy! We hadn’t read his messages to us that morning. There is a cafe/ evening bistro/ bar downstairs- but no noise whatsoever. Highly recommended.

We liked everything!

The location is superb, and the room was spacious, extremely well soundproofed, and clean. The A/C worked great. While there's no breakfast available, there are heaps of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby to get you going. Check-in is fully automatic and works smoothly, loved that. There were two TV's in my room - not sure exactly why but that's a first for me :D The location is excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised! We wanted to visit the Basilica and didn’t realise how close it was to it! The room, facing the Basilica, was spacious and everything was very well thought out: full length mirrors, kettle, tea, fridge, USB points next to the bed and complimentary wine and drinks….a nice touch. Room and bathroom were spacious and had free toiletries. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the older gentleman (sorry didn’t take his name).

The room got very hot at night so had to open the windows, which meant it was a bit noisy above a bar and on the main street. Fine in March but not sure what it would be like in the height of the summer.

Everything was great except the check-in process. You need roaming Wi-Fi and to send a copy of your passport and information in order to get a link that allows you access to the entrance and your room. Apparently it is in small print on the reservation but it should be highlighted.

Check In is completely automated, controlled by mobile, What Up, Browser. A picture of ID card or passport is required, to be taken at check in time and to be sent to Padova Suite Central Server. It saves cost for staff. It worked well in our case, but if you try to check in late in Saturdays evening and it does not function?
