I loved everything about this hotel. The room was lovely and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of toiletries available. We were provided with a dressing gown, pool towels and slippers for the duration of our stay. The thermal pool was lovely and the water jets were very relaxing. The food was amazing. We were full board and were provided with breakfast in the breakfast room which was delicious and plentiful with a wide range of foods including cereals, eggs, hams, cheeses, fruit, veg and breads. Lunch and Dinner was served in another room and here we had four choices for starter and main course with a desert at lunch and various cakes to choose from in the evening. All the food was incredible and we were never hungry. We sat in the evening by the pool with a drink which was really nice. We played tennis throughout our stay and rented cycles, both of which were free. The staff were all very friendly including the owners who stopped to chat on many occasions and have a real passion for the hotel. I would not hesitate to return here again.

The only thing that I believe would improve this hotel is providing tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Impeccable cleanliness, perfect service, very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff, beyond all praise)) a quiet, peaceful place, air conditioning, swimming pools open until 10 PM, a plentiful breakfast, a high-quality and varied dinner, the location is close to the train station, convenient and quick access to all nearby cities.

It was impossible to open the balcony because of mosquitoes and green bugs, so we had to use the air conditioning all the time. Please note that the thermal water in the pools is not suitable for everyone as it can raise blood pressure. We didn't have enough variety of vegetables at breakfast. The wooded hills where we could have walked were quite far away.

We visited mid-September, which meant the facilities were not super busy. The pool was great (but warm like a bath - so not for exercising) and we had plenty of space. It also opens until 11pm, which is a great schedule. The room was of a good size, with a small terrace, and very clean. Our flight was very delayed and the staff were very kind helping organise a taxi to come pick us up at 1am.

The aircon (which we had to have on at night, as it was quite warm) made a sound, so if you have light sleep, you may need earplugs. And remember that the tourist tax is paid on top of the hotel fee on your last day at the hotel.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and quiet space to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool and spa area—both were very well kept and perfect for a bit of rest and rejuvenation. It was clear that great care goes into maintaining these facilities.

The only slight inconvenience we experienced was with parking, as the hotel was fully booked during our stay and available spots were sometimes hard to find. That said, everything else more than made up for it, and we would happily return again.

The most balanced, in terms of price-quality ratio, thermal hotel in Montegroto - Terme. (I can competently compare, I have been to almost all the hotels in the city, on this trip I stayed in 3 different ones). Very hospitable and cozy, a decent thermal spa area, in addition to thermal pools and a sauna, a public aromatherapy area and a hamam. I would like to separately note the high professionalism of the hotel staff, the girl in charge of the pools, generally amazes with her energy and responsibility, ideal order and cleanliness, water quality checks every hour, in all 3 pools. Thank you and I will definitely come again.

The rooms (we tried two) were large and very comfortable. The bathroom with the large bath was very luxurious. The spa pool and the warm swimming pool were absolutely delightful. The staff were lovely (with the exception of one duty manager on reception), especially the staff in the pool restaurant/bar. We walked from the train station which was an easy 10 minute walk.

Nothing really. We changed rooms because our original room had a disappointing view, compared to that shown online, and the layout was a bit odd, but as the hotel was relatively quiet, there was no problem doing this. as vegans our food options were quite limited, but once we discovered spaghetti al Pomodoro in the pool restaurant, we basically had this for three nights.

All facilities and SPA-center were excellent, also my room was beautiful, wonderful place, rich breakfast, friendly staff, great price. but unfortunately, it wasn't as quiet as I waited

I got room which was with door-connecting other room, and through this door I could hear everything that was happening in the next room, and there were some pretty loud residents there

We were given a large room with 2 balconies! The room had a walk-in wardrobe and 2 armchairs giving us another place to relax other than the comfy bed. The thermal bath & saunas were perfect after a long day in Venice. The close proximity to the train station allowed us to reach Venice in about an hour. They also had a Tesla destination charger that could be used for 30€ per session. The breakfast spread was quite good including 1 warm dish for Vegan guests as well :)

Our room got direct afternoon sun, and got really warm in the evenings. Although there was an air conditioner, it didn't work and when I enquired about it, they asked us to open the windows (as if they weren't already open). They couldn't even provide us with a fan. This made it difficult to fall asleep, although the breeze was cooler in the night.

Pools were very nice and warm. Room and beds were comfortable. We've also got one room changed by the staff so our 2 rooms have a door in between, hence staff was helpful. Great location, walking distance from restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was very good.

Annoying supervisor at the SPA. Hamam was a bit old, and it was not actually a hamam but rather steam sauna.

We have chosen the hotel due to its location close to the train station. This enable us to have an easy access to Padova, Venice etc. The hotel is from late sixties but it is well maintained. The pools are great and open till 11 p.m. what was an additional bonus. The swimming pool area was very clean, and the staff there was very helpful and friendly (especially Eluar who was very supportive and keen to share his knowledge about thermal water). The breakfast and dinner was very good, with very kind staff (special thanks to Rafaela and all the waiters). The room is basic but has everything we needed. The cleaning service was also very good. We enjoyed very much our stay and will definitely come back.

1. The only huge drawback was practical no wifi. We could not connect to internet not only in the room, but also in the reception area the speed of the connection was very, very poor. So no possibilities to work on computer using the hotel network. This is a pity as in contemporary times the internet connection should not be any problem. This seriously disappointed us. 2. We also believe that the parking area is too small for such big hotel, because it was always overcrowded 3. Small but worth to mention is that the room safe could be really bigger (it is so small that you may put there your passport, mobile phone and not really many more)
