super nice pool with garden and quite clean room

The room is quite big and comfortable, with an amazing terrace. The pool and the territory of the hotel are very well managed and clean. The full board was totally worth the price, the food is delicious with a quite big variety of choices. And the biggest benefit of the hotel is the staff, extremely professional, kind and helpful.

Really nice place. Would recommend. It was clean, nice, quiet, not overcrowded.

Quite expensive. Although we booked in the previous day.

The Hotel is very big, inside out. With a lot of spaces for some rest (armchairs & table) indoor and a huge park around the building. There are two pools one indoor connected to one outdoor of warm water and with hydromassage that turns on several time during scheduled timetables. There is a little (2 people) sauna & steam room. It is 10 minute walk from the train station and centre with shops. A longer walk (20 mins) for a supermarket. The breakfast has a variety of sweet & salted offers with staff that moves amongst tables to clean & bring us the hot beverages of our choice. Night porter service. Beautiful view of the hills from the balcony.

The room was a bit dated. The armchair was visibly stained and so it was the big towel that the hotel gives for the spa area to cover the deckchairs, I didn't use it instead used my own beach towel. Bathroom: in the sinks & shower the water didn't go down the tube immediately forming a little pool, had to wait for it to desappear and then open the tap again. There were some stains on the walls. I had hanged the "do not disturb" sign on the door however the cleaning ladies knocked & enter to check if I was there.

The only reason i have to give a very low not is to point out that : Morning lady reception staff : I arrived late night 22:30, in the morning at the check out i asked kindly if i can use the pool for 1h or 2 since i arrived late night and didn’t have tithe change to use it. The Answer was : NO If you want to use the Pool it’s 20€/1H Since it was included in my stay and that was the reason i choose the hotel instead of some other…

I was spoken to extremely aggressively by the manager over a misunderstanding about leaving a plastic laundry bag with clothes in my room. The ultimate error a professional in hospitality can make is make a female guest feel afraid for her safety.
