I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel. The whole experience—from the tranquil spa area, soothing massage, to the beautiful swimming pool and peaceful relaxation zones—was exactly what I needed to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable. A special thank you to the kind waiter at breakfast—he went above and beyond and even made a special juice just for me. That thoughtful gesture made my morning extra special! Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely stay. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and truly cared for.

-The distance from the outdoor pools to the spa and indoor pool. - The spa working hours..they close from 12: 30 - 15.🤷🏻‍♀️ And there's no pool or spa after 19 pm

The buffet breakfast was very good, we had one evening meal which was a mix of a buffet starter and desert with a main course ordered from the menu with a very small choice. The room was comfortable and clean but did not have any tea or coffee making facilities. The hotel was very clean and well maintained with lovely gardens and plenty of free parking. The bus stop for Padua was just outside.

There should be tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The menu choices for the buffet dinner were not very good.

I was surprised how was our stay fantastic! I did not expected anything and got everything😁 We travelled with 2 kids, one only 8 months old and support from stuff was unexpected. Nothing was not problem! Pools were great, food also without any issue, all and all service were fantastic. Maybe hotel can be a little older but bcs of good care about it, there is anything to mentioned. Highly recommmed and hope we can come back soon👍

Maybe can be a little problem with short period for lunch and dinner, especially for families with small kids.

Well maintained with good facilities, friendly and professional staff. It’s a bit far from the train station if you want to walk, but not impossible. A great place to get away. They are very accommodating to anyone needing a gluten-free diet. Overall and excellent hotel and spa.

What did we like....? Simply EVERYTHING. People were excellent, kind, helpful & friendly! Facilities utterly superb! Breakfast selection, quantity and quality - first class! Location was easily accessible. Loads of parking. Nice clientele. Couldnt fault it at all, just wish we could have stayed longer!

Nothing but nothing!

Everything was great, including the property, pools, lounge chairs, rooms and staff.The entire hotel was very clean They offer a wide variety of spa treatments, including mud, massage, etc Also, when you put your head under water, you can hear music.

Steps to go down to the pool seemed a bit dangerous, especially for old people. HOWEVER, they do have an elevator a bit farther away.

Renovated, beautiful garden, clean room, pet friendly, our fifth stay there. Like to back soon

Staff at the reception….

the sheets on the beds were very thin. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, it was an excellent room and hotel. The accommodations were excellent.

Breakfast was absolutely tremendous, really excellent , one could not ask for more!!

the dinning room was too bright. lit like a stadium

Restaurant was very bright (lighting) for the evening meals. they need to install dimmers 😁
