I have stayed in this hotel several times during the last approximately 10 - 15? years, and I very much appreciate its keeping up the good quality and the personal style - honest, nothing fake the staff has always made me feel welcome and special the location near the railway station is very convenient for me I like the traditional comfort the hotel offers; I do not appreciate continuous renovations or unnecessary showy details I appreciate the spacious bathroom and the balcony I like the simple safe with a key and the ever important whole body size mirror to see your shoes the breakfast is very substantial with good quality ingredients and served nicely in a large dining room there is a charming little bar open late in the evening for coffee/drinks; I am out all day so have no experience about meals the garden in the front is spacious with places to sit in the shade

this time my balcony unfortunately was not on the sunny side I do not like the green carpet around the swimming pool, would prefer a tile pavement

A perfectly verdant, friendly, serene and relaxing place to pause in the middle of sightseeing in the Veneto region. You can soak in thermal pools, stroll the pretty street, sink into a comfy sofa in the light filled lounge area, let the sunshine warm you outside and feast on a well thought out menu 3 times a day. Staff were lovely and attentive. Perfectly located for day trips to nearby destinations like Padua and wineries. The massage was amazing and the steam over the outdoor pool on a cold night was magical.

My room was comfortable, quiet,spacious and well equipped although the decor a little tired. It would not stop me from revisiting however.

Despite the couple of minor issues, nice place. Special mention to the waiter (I forget his name) who insisted on speaking English to me. Very nice gentlemen. Also to the barman, one of two brothers, also funny guy. Evening meal was good but thr lunch menylu good. Friendly staff, cute little place, reasonable value for a single room for two nights. No real complaints, just attention to detail on a couple of things but it's a nice small friendly place.

Bit of confusion on arrival. Receptionist wanted me to give her 50 Euros cash because my Booking arrival hadn't come through. I refused and said the booking from Booking is on its way. I went down to the bar before evening meal the first evening. There is a small window of 45 mins to enter and I had arrived late so I was at thr bar a bit late. When I asked for a drink i was told the barman was eating his dinner. Can anyone else serve me? No. Then a barman cameout to get something from the bar but he said he couldn't serve me as he was working drinks in the restaurant. In the end I got my drink but then get a bit of grief for arriving in the restaurant at the bitter end..Even though it wasn't really my fault. Second evening much better service.

old hotel, renovation necessary, water damage in the room (walls), black mold in one corner of the room, pool are nice but old as well

Place (close to station, in picturesque place), beautiful indoor-outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi and hydro massage grotes, kind staff, rich breakfast with brut

Magic pools

No kettle, but didn’t expect one. It’s Italy not England. No prob.

Spacious room, nice termal pool, courtesy at the reception.

Breakfast may be improved, in selection and quality. Air conditioning not so efficient and noisy.

really nothing to complain it would be great to have some live music and dance in the lobby on some evening
