An excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The room was brand new, very clean and very spacious. The walk in open closet was amazing. Enough spaces and hangers to settle your things and keep the room organized. The spa area was great with very nice warm indoor/outdoor pool. We didn't take any treatments or massages but we will definitely do the next time we visit Padova!

Everything was alright. Older hotel in a good location. Nice newly renovated rooms. Good food. Wellness.

There was a bad seal in the shower causing water to leak into the room. After reporting, the gasket was replaced, but unfortunately the water continued to flow due to the non-flowing waste. So with a shower longer than 3 minutes, the room was under water.

Breakfast was good. Supper also very good. Our room was on the floor that was recently renovated. Room was cleaned promptly every day. The swimming pool area provided nice beds, a garden and cafeteria. The towels for the pool are available for a fee.The internet was on and off. The hotel is situated 10 min from the mane activities area.

The room was very spacious and we had 2 views which was amazing! Breakfast was good however, it would’ve been nice if there was more option ie. Fried eggs, more cereal options. The beds were very comfortable, honestly did not want to get up! And the best part… the spa! It was amazing and needed! There was so much to explore and there was a lot of privacy which was nice.

Options for dinner weren’t great and it was quite expensive. If there were more pasta dishes, pizza, desserts it would’ve been a lot better! The staff were lovely though

room very nice, especially bathroom, staff helpful and kind, pools excellent with excellent temperature of water.

in the pools where there are hydromassage the shape of the tiles where meet the edge where put your hands got a design that not smooth and really danger to your body, it’s not damages but the style between the gap of the tiles. This part should be fixed with different design, example fill more the gab between the tiles

Hotel Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Our room was newly renovated and very clean and modern. The two indoor/outdoor thermal pools are very nice and clean and the staff checked the water quality several times per day.

I wish there were more details on the hotel’s website about the wellness services (the website has a menu of services that is extensive, but only provides basic details about the individual services) and an option to make online appointments.

There was an area next to the pool with a separate garden area to sunbathe too which was very spacious and peaceful The bed was very comfortable and there was a TV available with a lot of channels The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful They had gluten free options for breakfast and heated gluten free bread every morning for me when I requested gf bread to have with my breakfast The second pool was lovely as it gave the option to swim around as the other was full of people relaxing in the warm water The massages in Abano Terme were very relaxing and well worth the time/cost A hairdryer is hanging up on the wall in the bathroom which means you don't need to bring one

The room and bathroom were very outdated (however, I understand that the hotel is in the process of renovating rooms) The bathroom needed a deep clean around the plugs and the floor needed to be mopped (it was still useable during our stay) No member of staff spoke English and there were no brochures offered to describe the facilities and the spa in English There was only one useable plug in the room in between the pillows on the bed which wasn't enough

Breakfast was delicious! Lunch and dinner were absolutely fantastic! The pools were perfect! The entire hotel was reallyyyyyyyy clean!
