The best staff I have ever met, very helpful and kind. We loved the spa and pool area. Clean.

A bit far from the center. In front of the hotel is a construction site. Work starts at 7 am. We weren't too bothered, but those looking for quiet may be disappointed. We didn't always like dinners, but most of the time it was fine.

An excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The room was brand new, very clean and very spacious. The walk in open closet was amazing. Enough spaces and hangers to settle your things and keep the room organized. The spa area was great with very nice warm indoor/outdoor pool. We didn't take any treatments or massages but we will definitely do the next time we visit Padova!

Everything was alright. Older hotel in a good location. Nice newly renovated rooms. Good food. Wellness.

There was a bad seal in the shower causing water to leak into the room. After reporting, the gasket was replaced, but unfortunately the water continued to flow due to the non-flowing waste. So with a shower longer than 3 minutes, the room was under water.

Breakfast was good. Supper also very good. Our room was on the floor that was recently renovated. Room was cleaned promptly every day. The swimming pool area provided nice beds, a garden and cafeteria. The towels for the pool are available for a fee.The internet was on and off. The hotel is situated 10 min from the mane activities area.

in the pools where there are hydromassage the shape of the tiles where meet the edge where put your hands got a design that not smooth and really danger to your body, it’s not damages but the style between the gap of the tiles. This part should be fixed with different design, example fill more the gab between the tiles

The room was very spacious and we had 2 views which was amazing! Breakfast was good however, it would’ve been nice if there was more option ie. Fried eggs, more cereal options. The beds were very comfortable, honestly did not want to get up! And the best part… the spa! It was amazing and needed! There was so much to explore and there was a lot of privacy which was nice.

Options for dinner weren’t great and it was quite expensive. If there were more pasta dishes, pizza, desserts it would’ve been a lot better! The staff were lovely though

Breakfast was delicious! Lunch and dinner were absolutely fantastic! The pools were perfect! The entire hotel was reallyyyyyyyy clean!

Hotel Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Our room was newly renovated and very clean and modern. The two indoor/outdoor thermal pools are very nice and clean and the staff checked the water quality several times per day.

I wish there were more details on the hotel’s website about the wellness services (the website has a menu of services that is extensive, but only provides basic details about the individual services) and an option to make online appointments.
