I've been to this hotel 7 times and of course I like it! there are red pools here, which are open until 11 pm; excellent dinners; interiors.

1. You should definitely give your regular customers compliments or get a loyalty card! 2. The boys in the buffet area can't cope. orders take a long time; and the whole zone became uncomfortable. especially when the chairs were removed and the stage was installed. 3. Claudia could have been more polite and offered me at least a compliment for the penalty we were charged for a no-show at the end of December. It is unacceptable not to take care of regular customers! 4. gentlemen! Offer your customers good tea! and not this water in bags...

The facilities are excellent. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were great and very enjoyable. This hotel offers a relaxing environment for a weekend or a couple of days off when you need to take a break.

The condition of the room was not ok. 1) Little insulation from room-to-room noise. I could hear the guests in the other room talking on the phone about their dog. The bathroom is poorly designed. The door of the closed was dangerous moving.

Everything well organized from SPA facilities, thermal pools, massage, places to relax with heating water beds and many more.

early in the morning there was a lot of noice from other people going out of the room to use thermal pools, or have breakfast. The doors were slammed and if you would like to sleep a bit more in the morning, I can say is not possible. Strange there was also some children running around, so maybe the hotel management shall consider to make policy adult only hotel, an envisages the adults that silence is very important 24h, in order that guests that reserve the period to spend can profit all from what can be used on this hotel. Another thing that must be considered to change are mattress because are not very comfortable .

>Great pools and spa facilities like saunas and massage pools - clean, renovated, not overcrowded (in July), a lot of space and options for guests to spread across the hotel and sunbeds. >Good renovated rooms with comfortable beds. > Many massage options to choose from though we didn’t get to try it. > A lot of parking spots, many in the shade. > Walkable to “city centre”. > Nice reception (thought overloaded). > Good pool bar with very welcoming staff. > Good quality breakfast, thought will be boring for more than 5 days. > They let you use the pools and spa even after the checkout which is super nice. > OK gym, not overcrowded.

> People management seems to be outdated or / and understaffed - reception constantly overloaded, though many things could be solved through self-service to give staff a breath. Breakfast seating is overcomplicated - you can’t choose a place you like and queue. At the breakfast plates and pots run out and are not replaced quickly, also only one person serving omelettes and other made to order options. > Rooms: doors are not soundproof at all and double beds are simply two beds moved together. > No non-smoking chairs outside in the bar. (So you can’t have an evening glass of wine outside without tolerating smoke)

Wonderful stay in a convenient location. We were visiting friends in Padova, who dropped us off and picked us up throughout our stay, so I cannot comment on how convenient the location is for taxis or public transport. One night was not enough! The hotel facilities are outstanding and pure luxury and an extra day to enjoy them would have been ideal! The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful despite the language barrier!

The only downside was that this property took full payment from my credit card as deposit, and also charged me full payment on arrival. The deposit is not refunded for 20 days. Therefore you effectively pay double for the stay and do not get refund for weeks. This is not clearly stated at point of booking and could be extremely expensive. We booked 4 other 5* hotels in Italy for our trip and didn’t experience this elsewhere.

As a big fan of spa hotels, I have stayed at the hotel several times since 2015. I really appreciate that it maintains its quality and the classic thermal resort spirit and atmosphere. The pools are great, the spa services are wonderful, and the food is of high quality and impressive. The staff is very helpful, The gym is well-equipped and always available.

Nothing critical bothered me,. just minor stuff. Some services have become paid. It was difficult to find any tour services from the town, especially in the autumn. The internet connection could be a bit more stable, as it dropped several times,.

Exceptional breakfast, exceptional dinner. We appreciated the very efficient organisation based on a superb buffet and extra short menu a la carte. Hotel Mioni Pezzato does not need my review to know it is the best hospitality structure in the area. The CAPEX investment in the swimming pools facilities has paid off creating multiple spaces that spread the guests so that one never gets the feeling of being in a crowded environment. We will be back.

Charging 20 euro for the kettle in the bedroom was a first for us, despite 30 years travelling, plus not "in brand" with the lush environment. Also plastic water bottles could be replaced with filtered water in courtesy glass bottles (enough plastic!). The bottle neck of the structure is at Reception. constantly sieged by guests, the staff deals with queries with formal efficiency but little warmth.

It was delightful! Everything in this hotel is wonderful. The room design is very beautiful. There are many pools with thermal water. The spa is excellent, and the wonderful Valentina works there. She will help you choose good treatments and massages. The hotel staff is very friendly. And there is also a very tasty restaurant. Every evening, the restaurant serves exquisite food. The chef aims to amaze you every evening. I recommend having dinner at this hotel. We also had dinner at a restaurant nearby, which has a Michelin star, but it wasn't as tasty as in the hotel's restaurant. After that, we only dined at the hotel.

The structure is an amazing feast for the eyes. Every details is managed with taste and care for their guests. Design and comfort, form and function rarely so well merged. Personnel trained to please you contributing to real relax. Excellent breakfast ( maybe some stations require refill more often…). We had a nice entertaining music trio in the evening and reasonable cocktails prices. The last touch was un unsolicited “get well” kit we received in the room one evening my wife felt unwell. After bringing us a warm soup (which they did not charge!) they arrived with a kit with a thermometer, a water boiler for a camomille, a diffusor for essential oil and a hot water bag. Very appreciated. We were blessed by an out of season warm sun and blue sky, but for the rest was all their merit.

At breakfast fresh juice run out quickly. Even clean plates were hard to find during peak time.

We were in your hotel in 2017 and 2018.The cleanliness of our rooms was much better. We needed to remind about towels, changing beds and robes Service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. We like your hotel. We wish you to stay with the same level of service we experienced before
