This was an excellent experience. THE BREAKFAST menu was amazing. The staff served all our needs. The spa was exceptional. We got a medical evaluation that was E50 and was set up by the hotel in the facility. Was given a best medical recommendation and all my sessions were excellent. If you drive, give them your car license because a fine can be granted since it is in the middle of a no drive zone. The hotel will give this information to the police so no fine occurs. The pools, saunas etc., were all wonderful!

The hotel had ash trays all around the common areas outside in dining/ bar area. I thought this was a contradiction to the whole theme of wellness that the hotel exudes. The hotel would be better served to not invite smokers in common areas.

The staff welcoming you at the reception was very welcoming and professional. I was impressed by the check-in experience and the service of the hotel. The entrance of the hotel was charming with a nice garden surrounding the hotel. Once inside you will be mesmerized by the old-fashioned and elegant interior design. Fancy! The room was Amazing, I loved it! Very big, clean and beautifully furnished. I personally liked the Italian style of it. I booked a standard room at the hotel. The hotel room was very clean, top rating. The shower-gel smells very good. The balkony was overlooking the entrance of the hotel, the pools and town-street. In the evening when I was looking down on the activity nearby, I discovered a long Line of people standing around. It made me curious so I went down to check it out, and it led me straight to the best ice cream parlor in town. The thermal pools were nice with bubble bath and massage spots. Plenty of sunbeds, with a nice atmosphere. Inside and outside pools were both very nice. I especially liked the grotto and the sauna area of the hotel. The breakfast had a good assortment and you got coffee served at the table. A news article was printed out in English language which was nice. Very friendly staff. I had a very fancy hotel experience and loved every minute of it. The staff was very friendly, attentive and service minded.

The room was very comfortable with two bathrooms and a superking size bed! The pools and and the spa facilities excellent. Great breakfast with good quality food too. The garden is also very nice.

• wi-fi dissapeared in the night and appeared in the early morning • no self-service for breakfast (I don't think there's a disadvantage, but I just didn't like it) • as for 5-stars hotel, the breakfast could have been better (there was a variaty of cheese, prosciutto, eggs, bacon, but I would also add more vegetables etc)

Everything was exceptional, better than expected! We got a medical evaluation when we arrived because I wanted to try the mud tx. After we got a list of recommended treatment which we did daily. The pools were exceptional. One day we did aqua workout! I had a variety of massages.

Really I cannot think of anything? We found nice restaurants all around. excellent gelaterias

It was a very good Hotel & Spa in a Spa town. Spa services and Staff were Excellent.

It was a bit dated for a 5 Star. The Supper that they offered was not up to par for a 5 Star Hotel. Service in the Dining Room should have been Better.
