I was looking for 3 days R and R I got that. Nice pool and spa jets. Sauna and Hamman with other pay as you go treatments available. Comfy room with balcony and ac with lovely views over national park beyond. Easy reach of a couple of friendly bars and restaurants. B and B but lunch and dinner menus looked good. Set in a pleasant clean town

Just note this hotel is for older people and their health first and foremost. It will be quiet but the service is accordingly excellent

It was my girlfriend birthday and I took a wine with myself there, I asked them for a bottle opener, but they told me you have to pay 15€ for that !!!! It’s the first time that a hotel is asking money for a bottle opener !

Staff courtesy and effectiveness, perfect cleanliness of every environment. Thermal facilities vast availability Airy, elegant spaces of retro taste.

Rooms soundproofing could be enhanced. Bigger TV welcome. An I room duvet would have helped on a chill part of May. Missing nice to have: direct connection with underground parking lot from room floor. Was not truly an issue, though.

the staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. the room was very large for Italian standards very clean and comfortable. the facilities were superb especially the jasmine massage

the room I stayed in was grand, the foyer had so much room, the pools amazing, overall excellent.

maybe a bit more variety on the evening menu but other than that was Excellent.

Just wonderful

Already when checking in, LUCA one of the rezeptionists gave us such a warm welcome and he really managed to make us feel at home. To relax in the warm thermal water at 36 degrees was fantastic after cycling more then 60 km. We used the Sauna and the Grotto ( only with an appointment ) which was fine. We liked the atmosphere of the Hotel. Breakfast was ok.

The bed was not comfortable for us and the cappuccino was rather low standard for Italy. There was loud live music until around midnight.

Very nice old fashioned hotel with excellent thermal facilities.
