We were so grateful for being able to check in early due to a complicated car rental return. Angela was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also really good. Proximity to Padova was also great - everything was within 10 minutes walking distance - city centre, train station, gardens. The train takes 28 mins to Venice and the express which leaves every 30 minutes and only cost 14 Euro each way for our family of 4. It is also great being away from the amusement park (Venice) - the majority of people in Padova were Italians enjoying their life. Fresh towels daily, shower gel, water in the fridge. The apartment size was also good with separate rooms for us and the kids who each had a single bed.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. Being on the fourth floor the room was still a bit stuffy even though it was late October. The was a window with no fly wire so mosquitos could get in and the aircon was ‘closed’ for the season.

Angela the owner & hostess is a lovely, kind, helpful lady. Our bedroom (the Azzure room) on the 1st floor was very comfortable & spacious with a wonderful, large shower. It has a centuries old, hand painted ceiling that is well worth looking at. It has shutters that open out to the street below where we found beautiful, small shops & a Pizzeria over the road. Angela prepares a lovely breakfast with enormous croissants & excellent coffee. A delightful courtyard is a peaceful retreat after a day wondering about elegant, gracious Padova.

Nothing at all. We loved our accomodation & thought Padova a beautiful city that emanates culture, beauty & grace.

We had the Suite which is on the top floor. Very spacious and atmospheric. It is 15th century but with 21st century amenities. Angela is a lovely host. She always greets you with a lovely smile. Nice breakfast too. The apartment is in a good position. Especially if you are arriving from the station and plan to visit the Arena chapel. Would definitely recommend

No lift but it is because it is an old building. We wouldn't recommend for anyone with a mobility issue.

Angela was very helpful. We booked the top floor and she let us lock our carryon bags on the lower lever so we didn’t have to carry them up the stairs. I will say it is quite a hike up but the room had great atmosphere and was comfortable and spotless. When we couldn’t book tickets for the Scrovegni Chapel Angela (who even tried to help with that) directed us to the Chapel of St Anthony which was breathtaking and free. The breakfast was far nicer than the one we paid £30 for in Venice.

Angela was a gem, especially when bad weather delayed my arrival, and she waited around past the usual check-in time. The location is ideal for exploring Padova or even as a base for day trips to other parts of Veneto, since it is only 12 minutes walk to the train station. The bathroom was one of the biggest and nicest I've had in my European travels so far. It was really nice to have fresh fruit as part of the breakfast offered every morning from 8 a.m.

The site we had was very spacious, clean and well laid out. Angela restocked the fridge with water after we used the first batch. The continental breakfast was very good. It appears that Angela does everything herself, and she is exceptional. The location is very good: on the edge of the historic center and walkable distance to the train station .We did not mind the four floors of steps, but people with mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage should not take the top floor suite.

The only real problem we had was that the air conditioner was placed in the small hallway connecting the two sleeping areas. So the hallway was cool, but not much of the cool air came into the bedrooms, so they tended to be a little warm and stuffy. It seems a well placed fan would help circulate the cool air.

Scrovegni is a very comfortable B&B, located in the heart of the historic area of Padua, just a few minutes walk from Cappella degli Scrovegni. Most other attractions are easily accessible on foot. Staff are very welcoming and offer good advice. It is a historic building. It’s quiet at night. The room was large and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. Continental breakfast is fine. I would be happy to stay there again

Well located in a quiet road. 10 mins walk from the station and 5 mins to the market centre of Padova. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was contintental and ample. Angela is a very friendly host and very responsive to any questions. was very helpful in eplaining where the main attaractions of Padova are located. Her directions from the train station to the address were also very clear and precise. Would recommend.

Corine’s reception was very kind and helpful. We were able to have an early check-in. Our room was on the top floor, no elevators, but she took my suitcase up. We had to leave earlier than opening breakfast time, but they left fruit and biscuits in the kitchen for us. The location is perfect to go to Scrovegni Chapel and very close to the center. It’s also Close to the train station. We went to Venezia to spend the day.

The lady who managed the B&B was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had in our two week tour of Italy (continental rather than just a coffee and croissant). The B&B is located on a quiet street which has lots of cyclists but virtually no traffic. Our room, on the second floor, had a nice view of red-tiled roof tops.

We couldn't get the air conditioning/heating to work.
