We had two connecting rooms and this made our stay very positive as we were travelling as a group and could communicate easily with each other. The rooms were on the 11th floor, spacious and bright. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms overall. Nice breakfast with a great view as the restaurant is on the 12th floor. Easy to access from train/bus station but also via car from the motorway. You need to walk about 20 minutes to get to the city centre, but it's great that there is parking and the ease of access from outside the city compensates for that. Great staff and service, everyone was very professional and courteous.

I picked this hotel as it was just outside the historical centre with parking, although as it is in the conference and university area, I bagged the last parking place available on a Tuesday afternoon. It’s twenty five minutes walk to the Piazza delle Erbe in the centre, about the same to the Scrovegni Chapel and slightly less to the station with all the tram building works in the way. Room, breakfast and the one dinner I had were very good and there are fabulous views over Padova from the breakfast/dinner room on the 12th floor.

If hotels want to proclaim their green credentials they should train their staff to observe them. My once used towels left on the towel rails and NOT on the floor were changed the first day and probably thereafter for the four nights I stayed there. But the wooden stirrers for tea and coffee were never replaced! Had to get replacements myself from the breakfast room.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel and their wonderful staff for such a warm welcome and excellent service. A special thanks goes to Mr. Giovanni at the front desk, who went above and beyond. I had accidentally left some valuable belongings in my room, and when I returned a week later, he and the team had kept everything safe and returned it to me. Truly amazing honesty and professionalism! This experience shows the high standards of the hotel and the dedication of their staff. Highly recommended!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner was controlled from the reception instead of the room, which was a bit inconvenient.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of local activities. The room is large (compared to many European hotle) - It seems the hotel is used for many business meetings. I enjoyed the breakfasts and did eat in the dining room one evening and the food was very good. There is a small bar on the ground floor with a small area for relaxing and an outdoor deck on the 13th floor.

The location is a bit of a walk from the city center - but close to the University area. Currently there is construction for a new tram-line in front of the hotel - though no active work (noise) as of May '25. When the line is completed - should be an easy way to get to the city center.

The breakfast selection was the best I've ever seen at a hotel. The room had sufficient desk space for the writing I needed to do and had not only a chair for the desk but also a larger chair for relaxing in (though I'm pretty sure I was in their smallest, least expensive room). But most important of all was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Minutes before checking out I got an email from the Italian train system that there was an unanticipated strike on the railways. I explained my situation to the hotel staff, and they set me up at a small office area where I could work on changing my plans last minute, and when, after an hour on hold, trenitalia finally answered my call, they didn't speak English. The NH staff got on the phone for me and helped navigate that situation. When I wasn't able to get transportation to move on to my next destination that day, they got me booked right into another room at NH - no waiting. It's a week later now, and I remember the names of the staff who helped me - Luca and Giulia. All of the staff were great!

Though the location is very close to bus and train transportation, it is a bit far for walking to the city center.

This hotel is charming with very big and luxurious rooms. Staff are super nice and helpful.

The only issue I had was the nearby music festival that made loud drum sounds in the middle of the night (between midnight and 2AM). This happened twice during my 5 nights stay. The receptionists told me there was nothing to be done about it and that this festival takes place at summer time. If you are noise sensitive like me, I suggest to check in advance if the festival is expected to happen during your stay. Perhaps a higher floor could help (I stayed at the fifth). The rooms are super quiet the rest of the time, but not being able to sleep between 00-02 was a huge drawback.

There were not many bars or restaurants nearby, so it's a 20+ minute walk or a taxi ride each evening The hotel bar closes before midnight and has a limited choice of drinks

Large room, with comfortable bed. Good variety of food, both salty and sweet at breakfast. Clean bathroom, actually the room had two bathrooms, one was for people with disability, not sure why I got such a room.

The window was very large, but not possible to access it, because in front of it there was a long desk which precluded the possibility to open the curtains easily. Most of the nights I stayed at the hotel (5 in total)l, there was a very loud music nearby till late in the night that made very difficult to fall asleep before 2 am. It was located about 20 min walk from downtown.

The hotel is nice and well located, in walking distance from the center, but far enough to make it easy to access by car, without getting into a traffic jam. The breakfast is served on the 12th floor, with a nice view. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, although some furniture and equipment are a bit old.

The room was small for the three of us. We booked a triple room, but got a double one, with an extra bed added to it. The bed was small, and because the room is not designed to hold three beds, it was blocking the access to the table and the window. The breakfast could include fresh vegetables (there were just grilled vegetables, no salads at all).

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming, polite and friendly staff. Room spacious and very clean and comfortable. Food in restaurant lovely.

It was a little further away from the centre than we had read. Although there was work progressing on the tram line so this could have had an impact. Other than that it was perfect
