The room was lovely, in a quiet location, clean with a large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, although there were queues for some items, as you could not serve yourself - due to COVID restrictions. Pools were wonderful, warm and clean although crowded at times, although we were there over Easter so that was probably the reason!! There was live music and dancing every night we were there. The area is great for sightseeing and the hotel have e-bikes and can organise lots of tours. Lots of fabulous restaurants around too. It is not too distant from the centre of town and plenty of shops and cafe/bars.

As said, over Easter there were a lot of children in all the pools. We would have preferred it if the hotel had specified an adult only pool as we had booked a spa hotel to relax!

We liked literally everything about the hotel. The welcoming and accommodating staffs, the facilities, the location, the delicious food.

The only inconvenience was that I put my phone to charge overnight just to realise in the morning that it was not charged since there was no electricity in the wall. It was just one spot as the other ones charged without issues.

Everything was so clean, staff were an absolute delight, I was the only English person there with my Italian partner but they still spoke to me when they didn't need to in English, front desk is very accommodating, everything sorted asap, pools just fabulous, don't forget your swim caps, it's just respectful, great staff at the pool bars, lovely little lunch menu, we only had B&B but some nice little restaurants around, great area for beautiful walks and little boutique shops. Gorgeous spa and bedroom was great, the bed sheets, just so soft and I miss the bed. Highly recommend. Just relax and enjoy.

I thought the price of the dinner pp was a little steep so we ventured out.

We loved the outdoors heated pool, the big room with view on the pool and the abundant breakfast

We've called and asked the staff if the Sauna needed to be booked. The staff kindly replied it didn't need any booking, as there's "plenty of room". Once we got there, We've been told it was fully booked for the day. Eventually someone cancelled and we managed (really late) In general all spa services were fully booked. If we knew we would have sorted things differently

Breakfast was very simple - wish there were more fresh things to eat (no green salad, tomatoes, cucumber).

One of nicest hotels I have ever stayed. Friendly stafd, beautiful enterier, termal pools, spa, brealfast was good.

It is a very nice hotel with a big garden and so many pools. Very clean. The rooms are perfect size and the staff very helpfull. We will come back :)

Perfect hotel, five swimming pools, luxury interior design, great service, spa treatments, tasty breakfast. Close to the town center and to major cities of the region. Also, it was a good deal moneywise.

The only drawback is the acoustic for the drainage system in the rooms. When a neighbour uses a toilet, you can hear it very loudly. If it could be fixed somehow, it would be great
