Just around the corner from the train station but on a quiet side street. Great metal blinds that block all light and allow you to sleep in. Room feels newly renovated and was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. I bought 10 tram/bus tickets so as to maximize all my walking time in Old Town (and save the 30-40 minutes of walking there and back). Easy to do day trips to Venice and Vicenza with the train being so close by. I liked the furniture and having a small fridge.

Very small shower and no maid service. The carpet on the stairs is quite stained so not the best first impression. I was there a full week, so had to take out my own garbage and recycling a couple of times. (I would suggest they do maid service every 3 days. After all, it is more profitable for them when guests stay longer. I almost felt penalized.) Was glad I only had one flight of stairs with my suitcase. It’s pretentious to call themselves ´Luxury’ as the room doesn’t come with any little extras but it is comfortable, clean and modern.

Perfect location, room clean and warm, excellent welcome

It was fantastic, suck a beautiful stay and private, with the luxuries of a 5 star check in and the ammenities of a private penthouse. Close to the train station and all the lovely Arabic Italian and Indian restaurants in close proximity. They have done a fantastic job and more private rentals like this should be available through established hotels.

The room was very specious and even included a small kitchen! The stay was very comfortable and it was easy to explore Padua and get to the station from the room. Great value for money.

Unfortunately there is no elevator so we had to drag all of our luggage upstairs

Very nice, clean room. The bathroom was well stocked. Self check in online was very convenient.

It was hard to find from the outside, walked past it once before finding it. There is a plaque outside the door which says the name.

Location was good near the train station,comfortable room,bed was good,reception lady was very good let us check in early

Shower was a bit small but OK,no kettle and no glasses, area was a bit dodgy a lot of groups of African men but no probem

room was clean, tidy and in an ideal area close to train station and walk to wonderful areas of t city.

Read other reviews here as it felt ok to me. I choose t wrong bed so was a little to on t single bed size
