I booked this for my parents 40th wedding anniversary and the hotel went above and beyond in looking after them. Lots of little details like their name on the TV as a welcome and rose petals on the bed for them. Spacious rooms, lots of loungers by the pool, enjoyable breakfast. As my parents went off season, they were able to check out at 12 as no one else was booked into their room. Location was fantastic, right in the centre, car and bike parking available, lots of lunch and restaurants all within walking distance. The bus stop is a three minute walk away. Staff were lovely, very accommodating and tried very hard to speak English with us, they were also very patient with my broken Italian.

Nothing major at all. The mattress is very firm, but at least you can stretch out in the water.

It is a wonderful and cosy hotel with all the necessary facilities. First of all, the rooms are very clean. There are also good air conditioning and wi-fi. Secondly, the swimming pools, sauna and spa add an incredible feeling of relaxation. Btw, there's also a gym - which is good because I didn't have to miss my training. We had only breakfast and they were full - 3 types of eggs, 4-5 types of ham (or bacon), cheeses, different types of breads, fruits, vegetables, and variations of desserts. I would also add that the coffee was good. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The brochure with information was in Russian. But I am Ukrainian. I would prefer it at least in English.

Location is very central and literally in the middle of the town. The hotel has 2 pools (ground floor - called 1st floor and 4th floor - panoramic) which are very warm and cosy and maintained very well and open until 23. The room was ok, we had a balcony, but it was raining (which didn't bother us enough not to swim outside :) ). SPA area is clean but they have only 3 sauna rooms (closing at 20) and they are relatively small for a hotel that big. Also the parking lot is not really big, but you can leave the car in the way and let the reception have your car key so they can move it if needed. You get two shower caps, many towels and even two bathrobes - all included in price. No slippers, however. We would recommend it if you're ready to part ways with some money ;)

Crowded parking lot. Only 3 and small sauna rooms. A few small screws around the hotel (also in the room) that are missing (mainly from the lamps). In the relax area some fruits could be a good idea and there were times when there was no tea for long periods.

The room, pool ad the location were perfect.

The staff does not speak too much English, but we understand each other. Some of them speak Russian, which was likely helpful in Communication at the reception and at the bar, as I speak Russian as well. In the corridor the floor was covered with a sheet just close to the lift which was dangerous walking on it. In the restaurant in the first day nobody greet and nobody showed the table where we are allowed to take the breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean, there was a good buffet breakfast, two nice pools and sauna facilities, easy parking and central location. Very good value for money.

The staff were a bit aloof and should be more visible in the sauna area. The gym was not air conditioned so practically unusable. I would have liked more vegan options for breakfast. The evening meal was a fixed price of €35, more flexibility would have been good. Air conditioning in the room was efficient but noisy.

The staff, the restaurant, the food was amazing, complements to the chef, the staff is so great, so helpful, wonderful!!!!

The resort needs a MAJOR update, it is very old, the spa facilities are newer but still dated,, the pools are oldish, the rooms are large but OLD. Overall, we loved the town, the location is amazing, the staff is great but the resort MUST be redone.

Everything was great. The hotel itself, the staff, the healthcare and the town it was located in. Public transportation to the neighboring cities was also very convenient, if you would like to change the scenery for a day. But generally, you even don't have to leave your hotel to have all you need for rest and leisure.

Everything was good about our stay.

The location, the thermal waters spa, the good bedding, the nice reception staff and the several dinners we had there.

We stayed at the hotel 7 nights and grew a bit tired of the more or less same breakfast items each time. There were so many sweets (cakes, cookies, pudding, etc.) but not such a good variety of breads, especially for a hotel that has lots of German visitors. How about adding some heavy, crusty, grainy German-style bread for breakfast to supplement the sweets and the soft, white breads and cornettos? More variety at breakfast would have been good, in my humble opinion.

Great room with excellent balcony,hotel is in centre of Abano terme.Great swimming pools,food excellent for the breakfast,very clean,great parking...We were with kids and we will come again.This was our second visit of Abano terme...

A good breakfast with choice. The staff were friendly and helpful with facilities being excellent with choice of pool areas plus use of a spa/sauna included. Hotel in great location with cafe's and shopping all in walking distance.

Coffee a bit of a let down at breakfast and 10.30am check out.
