I can't speak highly enough of this amazing hotel in Padua. The hotel itself is beautiful -- and having advantage of free use of the spa facilities with our reservation was a rare treat. In particular I have to thank the staff of this hotel -- especially Chiarra and Alexandrina. I had a medical emergency and the two of them went to great lengths to be helpful, thoughtful, and kind. I can not speak highly enough of this location, and their staff! Great room. Great food. Great location. Great hospitality and care-and-feeding of their clientele!

I can't think of anything I didn't like!

The venue was excellent and close to what we wanted to visit in Padova as well as the room facilities and well insulated room. Breakfast was satisfying (including scrambled eggs and bacon) and coffee made to order. The welcoming by Alexandrina was the best we’ve ever had. She made us feel as we were at home, her assistance and recommendations during our stay was well beyond what we expected and her customer service was like no other. During our visit during the last week in July 2024, the Spa was not operational, but fortunately we were busy enough during the 3 days of our stay to miss it.

There’s nothing we can say could have been disappointing.

Great location, the staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly The room was very comfortable, great lighting so many places these days the lighting is not great for make up etc here it was perfect. Nice size towels. Hair dryer in great position again not always near to a good mirror . The bed was really comfortable. There was a good charging station with a uk adaptor - coffee machine - safe The private spa was amazing, great at the end of our trip. Really relaxing Would highly recommend for a relaxing stop, with great easy access to the Old Town - only a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Thank you for a great stay

The location right in the old city center is great. You can book the SPA for 1 1/2 hours a day for yourself to relax. Amazing, if you like SPAs. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel, and they make you feel at home (we stayed 6 nights). We got an upgrade to a suite, but next time I would pay for it. The room was large and it felt like a nice little apartment (room 2).

The shower was a bit small, but then you have a whole SPA for yourself.

This is a small boutique hotel with a very, very helpful and attentive staff - thank you Alexandrina! The room was definitely nicer than expected, very modern with large sitting room as well as comfy bedroom. The location was super-central to all the city had to offer. Parking arrangements for our car was a plus. Beautiful city! DON'T miss the Basilica of St. Anthony!

Parking was a good 10 minute walk away, which was difficult with baggage. We couldn't drop bags off and then go to garage, because the hotel is on a pedestrian-only street in the traffic-restricted zone. All else was great.

The location is excellent, and despite being in city center, not hard to drive to. On-site parking is essentially unavailable, with paid parking somewhere off-site and outside ZTL, I think 10mins walk to hotel. However, the kind and professional staff was able to take car of the parking for me, which was a big relief, especially given the hot weather! Rooms are modern styled and with excellent a/c.

Hallways and rooms show wear; white fabric furniture is maybe not best choice for a hotel.

First of all, the hotel staff are super. Alexandrina, Walter, and the night shift gentleman always have wonderful smiles and are ready to help out anytime. They are friendly and fantastic! The hotel room and bed are very clean and comfortable. The spa has whirlpool, sauna, steam room and various shower rooms. It's very relaxing. The hotel is one minute to a tram stop which is convenient to the train station and other areas. The hotel is centrally located to many restaurants, shopping areas and markets. My wife and I had a great experience here!

Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Padova. A lot of restaurants, bars and historical landmarks are just out the door. When we visited the weather was hot hot hot ..escaping to the best air con and lovely room was heaven. The staff are amazing..nothing is a problem. Breakfast was delicious with endless Illy coffee. Would return ♥️🌟

Not a complaint..but if you arriving by car ..follow the instructions by the hotel where to park and all is good. It’s worth it..many towns/cities don’t have vehicle access to keep it clog free..and I think it’s brilliant ..walking around in a peaceful area while admiring the beauty of the town

The location of the facility is very central. It is a clean, small hotel. As a hotel owner myself, my review is very positive. The friendly and cheerful young Moroccan girl who welcomed us at the reception and assisted us with breakfast in the morning was truly very helpful. The rooms are decorated very elegantly. The lighting and other details are very pleasing. In short, we were very satisfied. We stayed for one night, so we left our luggage in the car and came with just one bag. Since the city traffic is a bit complicated, we had difficulty finding the parking spot. The parking lot is about 500 meters from the hotel. Parking is free for guests. The breakfast was incredibly good. There was everything, and it was of top quality. The tables were stylish and neat. I hope you continue providing this excellent service. Thank you.
