The location was excellent - a few metres away from a tram stop that runs from the main station and through the heart of the city. The rooms are "quirky" in design, with all the art work etc created by the lady who owns the place. The staff were lovely and super-helpful. I asked for some restaurant reservations because I wanted to eat off the beaten tourist track and I wasn't disappointed! I stayed for 3 nights so got to try three of them and each one was amazing and great value and, in each case, all the other diners were Italian :-)

The only issue I had was that the shower cubicle in my room was a little cramped, but definitely not a deal-breaker!

Excellent location in the heart of the historical centre—everything is within walking distance. The staff was friendly and welcoming, it’s a family-run place, and they were happy to give us tips and provide useful information. The interior is truly artistic and unique—you need to be open to that kind of atmosphere, but we enjoyed it. Breakfast on the terrace was excellent. A big plus is the private parking right at the hotel, which is rare in the city centre.

The only thing we missed was a small fridge in the room, for keeping water cold through the night and in the morning

I absolutely loved this hotel! Honestly, I was a bit worried the room might be too small, but as soon as I stepped into the reception, all my concerns disappeared. The atmosphere, the staff, and everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Yes, the room was small, but it was very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom was perfectly sized. The elevator is another big plus, making it super convenient. The location is another big plus—it’s just 5-7 minutes from Prato della Valle, 25 minutes to the train station, and around 30 minutes from the bus station (probably the main shuttle stop if you're traveling from Venice Airport). This hotel was perfect for me, and I’d definitely recommend it!

A comfortable and inexpensive family run hotel in an unbeatable location in Padua’s historic centre - just minutes away from St Anthony’s Basilica and within easy walking distance of the Scrovegni Chapel etc. Amazing decor, there really is art on every surface! Friendly and helpful staff, small breakfast room and garden. Comfortable bed, large clean bathroom. Quiet, safe area with a tram stop nearby - a quick, easy trip to the railway station.

Our rooms were at the back of the hotel and a little dark (there was also an issue with the side lamps in one room)

Stefano (the son of the owner) was in charge, he is a super nice and kind guy, we were a group of 22 people, so the hotel was pretty much for us, he did everything he could to ensure a nice and comfortable stay. The location is just one block from de St Anthony’s basilica. The pastries, cheese and bread for breakfast were delicious! The rooms were very clean.

This is a matter of personal opinion, but can be important. I was in charge of a pilgrimage with teens and a priest, it was very uncomfortable that all the walls have a very estrange art work with a bizarre naked woman body’s. I am not saying a regular nude art like you would find in the beautiful museums or even churches with a beautiful body’s in a natural way… no, it was something more grotesque, so finding a proper room for the priest and the teen boys was actually tough. If you don’t care about this, the hotel is amazing, but if you do, then double check the pictures of the hotel and know that there is one estrange naked woman in each wall.

On my third visit, the place did not disappoint with its combination of strong points, including excellent location, competent, knowledgeable and helpful staff, great value and the car park. The building is rather old, so the hotel is a bit labyrinthian and it has a rather peculiar style involving layers of artistic interventions in design and decor, so it isn't a place to look for polished style : ) Also, wonderful outdoor breakfast area.

The place has its character and if you accept it like it is, it is a real deal. Oh, don't forget to ask ahead of arrival to have your room properly aired in the summer : )

Hotel have crazy artish interior! Experience that I didnt had anywhere else. I wish I could see all the rooms! Hospitality of the host is just amazing! He is very nice! He want to help you with everything! And even if he dont speak perfect english I enjoyed the conversation with him! Just amazing person! Location of the place is just perfect! On edge of old town Padova. Right next to st. Anton church and monestery. I had everything I wanted to see in Padova on walking distance. You can also get parking within hotel.

I didnt like that I only stayed 1 night! When Im back in Padova I will come back for sure!

Very friendly staff, each room filled with art. No traffic audible from our room. Hotel is located practically next to Basilica and botanic gardens. Parking possibility on site. Restaurants, gelateria and supermarkets (though not next to hotel) in useful walking distance.

No elevators in hotel, though it's at most two flights of stairs. Air conditioner was a bit on the noisy side. Parking site is quite narrow, on busy days staff keeps the car keys, so they can move cars to help other guest get out of their parking spot. This requires a bit of trust.

It’s right next to the St Antony Basilica and outside ZTL for those who are using car. The garage parking is amazing too. It’s a family owned hotel and they stayed awake till 11.30 PM to let us in. Supermarket and bus/tram stop is 5 mins walk Housekeeping service everyday and a very safe location . We booked two rooms and we got them close by. I wished we had a better room with lock for our bathroom and not a disabled access rooms. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel as the choices were low and expensive. We had only coffee but breakfast, lunch and dinner went outside as there lot of good restaurants just close to this place.

I wish we had a water kettle, some napkins and preferably welcome coffee kit.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is clean. It is near a tram and bus stop. Very close to St Anthony's Church. It's a good area to walk around and it felt very safe. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within a few steps.

It isn't really that close to the main town squares. Although not far, on a hot day, it feels like it's miles away. The walk to and from the station is long – however, the tram solves that problem.
