Generally, a really nice place. It had decent air conditioning, the surroundings are beautiful, the breakfast included in the price was a lifesaver. The WiFi was stable and allowed us to work remotely.

To use their parking you have to leave the keys at the reception. As the parking space is too small, they might need to repark your car. We didn't use the hotel's parking because upon car insurance agreement the car damages will only be covered if the owner was driving. I still think such requirements should have been stated earlier than check-in.

Very well located by Prato della Valle, meaning you can walk to the city centre very easily. It's also very close to 2 trams stops. The breakfast options in the morning were very good. The staff was very helpful and accommodated a late check-in for us which was super helpful given our flight was delayed.

The shower door unfortunately didn't work properly, it didn't stop the water from spilling so we had water coming into the bedroom.

Our stay was great. We had a room at the third floor (there is no elevator, but for us it wasn't a problem, we had just small luggage). It was warm and cosy in the room (quite dark though), during the summer it might be too warm but now in April it was good. The location was excellent, it was very close to Basilica di sant'Antonio di Padova and pleasant walk to city centre, we found parking on the street nearby without problems. The street is busy with cars and buses but it wasn't a problem for us and we had a good sleep. The staff was excellent, Sir at the reception was very kind and spoke English very well. We could leave our luggage for some time after check out and go to see Basilica. He also gave us an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was really good, big choice of savoury products which is not typical in Italy, we appreciated it a lot. We recommend Hotel Mignon.

I had a great stay at Hotel Mignon in Padova. The staff was super welcoming and made me feel at home right away. The location couldn’t be better, right near the Basilica and close to everything I wanted to see in the city. The room was clean, quiet, and just what I needed after a long day of exploring. It’s a peaceful spot in the middle of such a beautiful, historic area. Everything felt easy and relaxed.

Staff were excellent - very informative and answered all my questions which was terrific for a new visitor to Padova. Location is great if you like in the middle of town - very easy to catch a tram or bus, the main city square Prato della Valle is 100m with flower, fruit, vegetable stalls. Via Roma is 300m walk and you are right into a nice long shopping walk. Close to Museo Storico della III Armata, a small but important museum around WW1 and other topics.

Loved this hotel - modest but everything I needed.

The only thing was the shower door which did not have a sufficient or strong enough latch to keep it shut while in the shower and especially when standing outside the shower stall when drying so the door would swing open. This was a minor inconvenience and easily fixed. The room was very dark because window shutters outside needed to be shut to keep out the hot sunshine while the air conditioner was on, and that was all the time. I did shut the air conditioner off in the morning and opened the window and outside shutters but the outside temps weee in the high 80’s so after a while the air conditioning was a necessity. So not a flaw, more a consequence of Mother Nature. Air conditioning worked great.

The hotel is right next to Prato Della Valle in the centre. Very close to a tram stop if you need to get to the train station. Its a perfect location from which to explore Padua. The continental breakfast on offer was comprehensive too. The owner welcomed me on arrival and was always around to help with any questions. He was the perfect host!!!

We had a comfortable room at the back which meant we had no noise from the street. We were on the first floor so not too many stairs. The breakfast was excellent with hot selections as well as an array of choices in fresh fruit, juice, cereals pastries and a very efficient coffee machine. The staff, especially Alberto, was wonderfully helpful and attentive with any questions or requests. I feel we were treated like friends visiting friends. The location was perfect for a stay in Padova, near the tram, the Santo, Santa Giustina, Prato de la Valle and an easy walk to Via Roma.

What's not to like!?! Perhaps a lamp on the desk but we weren't in the room that much.

Great location. Interesting, original interior design. Small private parking which is a great convenience, but drivers with less experience and a large car may be surprised by the need to maneuver. Very nice and helpful staff. We stayed only 1 night, but even after we left they were very polite - they sent me back something that I had left in the room due to my haste. Thank you. I highly recommend.

Location is wonderful, super lovely hotel in old part of town, nice decoration. Alberto was super nice and helpful with everything, from parking spot to giving us much needed information about where to go and what to see. Room was on upper floor, with a nice view of city skyline. Breakfast was good. Also coffee.
