We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was equipped with everything needed for a short stay, including a kitchen, coffee machine, refrigerator, and dishes. If there had been a washing machine, it would have been even more comfortable for a longer stay. The air conditioning was adjustable, so we stayed cool and comfortable even during the summer. The location is ideal, especially for families with children. The restaurant on the ground floor (right next to the hotel) has a play area for kids, which allowed us adults to enjoy our meals while the children played without getting bored. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. It’s also conveniently located—about a 10-minute walk to the old town centre, around 15 minutes from the station, and just steps away from a lovely park.

One small issue: I missed a message from the hotel and didn’t inform them of our arrival time. As a result, we rang the doorbell when we arrived, but no one answered, and we had to wait for a while outside. If we had known that the staff at the restaurant next door handled check-in, it would have saved us some trouble.

Location is very good right behind the fabulous Scrovegni Chapel. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Restaurant was very good and lively even served late at night. Clean and spacious bedroom & living room. No carpark but close to multi-floor parking garage.

We had to check out at 10 o'clock on Sunday because we were told (by whatsapp in the morning) new guests are coming :( -we were checking out anyways. Too bad there was no lift. Had to carry our luggages. Unfortunately whole Saturday there was a construction up floor which lasted until almost 6pm. Wish there was radiator for heating instead of an air-condition.

Modern apartment in an excellent location. The place is right on top of a pizzeria (note for families: pizzeria has mini playground inside!) right next to a beautiful park. There is public parking available 5' walk from the residence.

* Communication with hosts were a bit spotty prior to arrival * Check in time was 13:00-15:30 and 17:30-20:00, not continuous * There is no elevator (we had to carry the luggage to second floor)

The location was great. The apartment was exceptionally clean and a great size for the price. All the facilities were great and it was very comfortable. It also felt very secure and safe. We had fresh towels dropped in on the second full day which we appreciated. Plenty of cooking utensils. Lots of storage.

The apartment walls are very thin, so you can hear noise from the other apartments most of the time. Our apartment was on the top floor and there is no lift, so it may not be suitable for some people..

The location was close to the train station and the historic centre. The apartment had a washing machine that we put to good use and a drying rack. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Washing machine essentials and dish washing essentials were supplied. Not too far from a supermarket.

I would have liked small tables at each end of the sofa to put drinks or books etc on. The shower was in the bath and not easy to get out of the bath after showering, possibly a hand rail would have helped. Not good for anyone with mobility problems.

Great location. 12 mins walk from the station next to a stunning park. Super choice for kids as there is a great playground in the park. Close to lots of incredible churches and museums. The room is spacious. Super clean. Simple and elegant design. A no fuss option!

The guy who let us in seemed like a miserable sod and really reluctantly helped us with luggage. Considering he was the only representative of the apartments that we met - we had a 3 year old dangling off our shoulders and it had been such a long trip across Italy from Cortemilia in Piemonte - it was not nice and a bit of a crappy welcome.

Excellent location. Great restaurant next door. Clean, well furnished. Excellent in every way. The people who ran the accomodation were friendly and efficient. There were lots of things to do nearby.

1) Good location - in city historical center (near Scrovegni Capella), but only 10 minutes on foot to railway station 2) Very spacious and comfortable apartment with all necessities (including wine glasses, knives, plates, etc.), equipped kitchen 3) It was very clean 4) Nice tiny terrace 5) Quiet neighborhood, we didn't hear any noise We stayed here only 3 nights, but this apartment suits very well for staying for a week or even month - it has everything what you need. It also has places for work - in bedroom, in living room and also in terrace

Check-in is only by appointment which should be arranged in advance. In case of delay you should contact with a staff through WhatsApp. We were delayed due to our flight, but, eventually, the keys were given to us immediately upon arrival at the apartment, that is we had no problems with it. The staff was very nice with us.

Spacious apartment that matched the photos and descriptions. Easy access to parking and train for day trip to Venice. There is a restaurant next door with outdoor garden dining but the entire main city is walkable for many options. It was too hot to use the patio. AC and Wi-Fi worked great. Sofa couch was comfortable for our daughter.

Not a problem for us but there is a full flight of stairs to access first unit without elevator.

What I liked most about this facility was that there was a restaurant on the ground floor and that I could easily reach the hotel owners. They were helpful and kind people. I haven't had any problems. The room was large and comfortable and warm. It has an excellent location, very close to the center and also close to the station.

There was nothing that made me uncomfortable.
