Reception staff was very kind and helped us to find nice dining spot in sorroundings after night arrival. Garage has 2 EV chargers (8kw) which is beneficial if you travel with EV and charge over the time of stay.

The property could be a bit renewed at certain points. Our room door was hard to close and didnt feel it could hold if someone would want to brake - it seems it was opened by force sometime in past - could be noticed by screws in door wall which was also a bit shaky. Acceptable but I would replace such matters if my hotel.

The attention of the staff is wonderful. Breakfast is very varied and complete. It is worth including it in the price, additionally because there are no places to eat nearby. Perfect room amenities. Easy Wi-Fi connection. The taxi from the train station to the hotel charged me almost 8 euros. The taxi we ordered from the hotel to the train station charged me 16 euros (I don't know what the price difference is due to).

The sink trap is completely hollow, so I lost two necklaces that accidentally fell in there. I notified the reception, but they could not recover it in the time I had left at the hotel, fortunately they were not valuable necklaces.

Room was perfect and clean. The location is quiet. We decided on this place due to the location close to the train station. You can walk there in 10-15 minutes and use comfortable connection to Venezia by train (28minutes to Santa Lucia). The breakfast is adequate to the price. The problem with the heating was fixed soon by staff (unexpectedly cold weather). Parking was not a problem and bus stop is close to the hotel.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming, room was nice spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice enough too.

Location quite far to centre on foot approx 30 mins walk or more.. Room was a bit hot, couldn't get thermostat below 25/26 with the window open

Hotel is clean, well equiped and staff is polite. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is nice and has various options. Parking is available.

Location is isolated and you need approximately 30min to downtown. Hotel surroundings are not enjoyable. I’ve chosen this hotel because it had a small meadow so I coul handle a dog but it’s not a center oriented hotel.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the room was clean, ok breakfast, easy access to highway.

I couldn't sleep much due to some mechanical noise from above. I'm not a hard sleeper so I wouldn't return to this hotel, the low amount of sleep hours affected my next day.. I've booked a far hotel from centre because I needed sleep for the next day driving...

The hotel is near railway tracks (station). Very friendly and helpfull staff. Very nice building with spacious and nicely furnished rooms, which are clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Enough free parking places behind the hotel.

Location is a bit far from the city attractions and the surroundings do not offer many opportunities for enjoying in walking.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean with all the necessary details. Breakfast is tailored to all tastes. They let us leave the car and when we left the hotel to go into town. The center is quite close and they called us a taxi to the city which came immediately. They told us pizza for dinner because we arrived later. We are really pleased with the choice

Clean and tidy. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really responsive, professional and friendly. There is a restaurant at ground floor with honest prices.

The position is not great. Quite far from the center, if you don't have a car you need to rely on public transportation. Once you are out it's better to stay out until the evening. There is almost nothing in the nearby area.

Wonderful staff attention. I stayed 2 nights in a single room and the next 2 nights in a triple room with my family. They were very flexible with the room change time. Excellent breakfast, worth paying for.

They have a personalized laundry service, but it is very expensive (they charge you per item). However, they give you directions to cheaper self-service laundry options near the hotel.
