Very convenient location when arriving by car and very good location when it comes to driving into the city center. No worrying about the ZTL (low emission/trafic zone), and when driving an EV, relatively easy connectivity (2,5 km) to a large fast charging location. Room maintenance is perfect, staff is lovely. And as I'm not a breakfast person but still needed to get some work done in the morning in my room, the staff offered a complimentary coffee even though it was outside of breakfast hours and I expected to have to pay for it.

Good hotel. Pros: Its more between 3 and 4 stars. The area is Safe, there are 2 buses that can take you to Venice. A big Supermarket is close by. Good breakfast, but only 1 type of cheese, and low quality ones, bad expresso, no natural juices. The quality of the breakfast could be better compared to other 4star hotels. Realy good and big beds. 2m by 2m. Good sound insonorisation. Free parking.

Cons: - No toilet brush. Its a hotel chain decision since a while. - The AC in the toilet did not work. It was explained at our check out.

We like this hotel for our short stay during a long trip. Good beds, big bath, good breakfast, very good smell when we arrive to the lobby.😃 just a little bit of usage can be seen now after the years. Close to many shopping options and by car only 10-15 mins from the city center. Good parking. This hotel is like a comfort food. Even if we arrive really tired, we have the same good quality of service, in winter, summer, autumn or spring. Thank you!

The hotel check-in experience was very satisfactory. When going out, you can ask the hotel front desk to help you hail a taxi, which is very convenient. The front desk staff are warm and professional. The breakfast here is especially rich in variety, allowing you to fully experience all kinds of delicious Italian food.

Neat and clean room. The location is outside the center, but you can get to the center very quickly and easily by car. The train station is a 5-minute drive from the hotel. Flexible arrival time (they allowed us to check in earlier). I would definitely recommend it.

The mattress is a little hard. It bounces when the other person moves. The breakfast could be better for the price.

Staff very friendly. Sergio helped us with a smooth check-in with a map of all the attractions and good directions and responded to all our questions. The lady on check out(I am sorry I didn't get her name)helped me to get coffee early in the morning (is a must for me 😀)and called us a taxi on check out,very nice check out and super friendly. Both speak English very well 🙏 The gentleman at the bar made nice coffees and prepared the croissants for us,really professional and kind. The beds and linen very nice,the shampoo and conditioner are really good,nice towels too. Thank you guys for helping with my coffess early morning, I am really terrible if I don't have my usual coffee and this helped me have a lovely day.It was very nice to see you all smiling all the time.

I wish I had a coffee machine in the room but wasn't a big deal as the morning staff helped to have a beautiful morning 😚

All is good and perfect except transportation in Padova(now it is under construction, it’s not fault of the hotel)

Location is a little far from center. It’s difficult to find crosswalk and feel dangerous by walk.

Very spacious and clean room. Big and comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom and shower. Parking lot space and underground parking.

Great breakfast, with a rich buffet that had something for everyone. Room was nicely furnished and bathroom was comfortable and spacious. Staff was available, professional, friendly.

Area is a bit hard to navigate due to the varios forced directions and the train tracks, but nothing really problematic - just a bit annoying.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful.

The hotel is located a little bit outside the city. It is not that far away but it was so hard to find a taxi or the bus since we went there for a concert. It would be nice if the hotel has a shuttle for these occasions. Also, the restaurant was closed for the day so we need to order from outside.
