The room was spacious and clean, the bathrooms were nice and the staff was fantastic. They gave us restaurant recommendations, maps for our trips and general guidance what to visit, how to get there and where to park our car safely in a spacious parking. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the food in the hotel was on a good level. The hotel is old, but well preserved and maintained

There’s a small door that's locked in the room, that was probably connected to the other room somewhere in the past, so you could hear other people (not well isolated). Maybe in future renovations that can be sealed to ensure no noice comes from the other rooms. Overall, not a big deal.

Location is great, parking is huge and convenient for big cars, breakfast was very good, even that I started almost at the end of its serving time, there were plenty of food, coffee in Italy is always delicious. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

A bit outdated furniture in the room and windows don’t open (I don’t know about the whole hotel, maybe they have different room options). But overall it’s okay, it’s clean.

I loved everything about the beautiful hotel,four points by Sheraton it's a lovely hotel with most helpful staff you could ever wish for.so polite staff starts from the reception to the kitchen workers and to the rest of the staff who works for the hotel,they can't do enough for you.they will help you with absolutely everything you need I would recommend the hotel 100% The location was perfect easy access and safe secure free car park.

A hotel in a great location for all those who will continue their journey. An extremely comfortable bed, very friendly staff, an excellent selection of food in the hotel restaurant if you want to have dinner. For business people, a great location...

The hotel is really great, and the only complaint is the carpets in the rooms. For someone who is allergic to dust, staying in a room with a carpet is not a very good solution. A regular floor without a carpet is a much better solution and easier to clean :)

Quiet, comfy room with lots of large mirrors. Plenty of desk space. Good quality toiletries. Very good eco-green policy. Very nice furnishings and ambiance. The lifts are very efficient. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful with directions and advice on local transport.

The carpets could be cleaner. The staff at breakfast were overwhelmed by the large number of guests - they tried to do their best, but the buffet kept being emptied before they could refill it. The pancakes were delicious, however they were served fridge-cold. The cleaner opened our room door while we were in it, despite having been told we would leave in a few minutes.

Hotel staff was very kind, room was clean and comfortable, we accessed the center of Padova with Taxi (we had an event near the hotel, thats why we took the reservation at FourPoints Sheraton.

If you intend to visit the old centre of Padova its a bit distant, but if you dont have problem to pay for a taxi, its no problem :)

The hotel is easily accessible next to the highway and well insulated as there was no external noise. The décor is styled in 60s/70s way which may not appeal to people who prefer a more modern style. The staff are super friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Finding hotels with baths now seems to be a luxury in itself and it was much appreciated. Breakfast is ok but the cooked options were cold.

The restaurant menu goes to great lengths to explain allergens and yet fails to mention that one of the dishes is accompanied with a liver sauce. These days many people are not so accustomed to the use of offal and this should be noted to avoid surprises.

The hotel is spacious and the staff are very attentive. There is outside covered seating area which is ideal both during the hot days and warm evenings.

Location is very industrial situated right next to the toll booth of the motorway.

No kettle and tea coffee facilities in the room. Air conditioning doesn't get turned on until later in the season. Was hot each of three nights. Staff kindly loaned us a fan.

Everything was great. The hotel is located near the highway, which suited us, it has a spacious, free parking lot. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is excellent, a very good selection of dishes. The room is also good, spacious, the bed is very comfortable, which we really needed after a long journey. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Only the shower, because it is very impractical, someone who is a little taller needs to break in the tub to take a shower.
