A nice little hotel, perfect for a night's stay on a trip or for visiting Dolo, which has a lot to offer. The bathroom had even a jacuzzi tub, which is a nice touch. For those who enjoy an evening glass of wine on the terrace, please check the prices before ordering, because you may be unpleasantly surprised. Coffee excellent, breakfast edible.

Breakfast. The most important thing is toasting the bread - we toast it to melt the butter on a warm slice, not to get a dried-out slice that has been toasted God knows when.

Although a pre-order of the breakfast was needed, there was a wide variety of food with no limit for the customer to decide. The breakfast personnel were very helpful and polite.Also, the rooms were nicely decorated with a unique vintage aesthetic. The backyard was also beautiful.

The bathroom wasn't quite clean, just as the rest of the room. There were many insects inside, and we had to kill 4 of them, neglecting the dust and the spider webs on the walls. Showering was also difficult due to the fact that there was just enough space for one to get into the shower, and the water only falling from above was making it even more impossible. Moreover, the parking, although it was free in a public area right in front of the hortel, didn't seem to be safe enough since there was a dangerous road to cross by.

We chose this hotel on our road trip around Italy, and it was a great choice. The free parking right in front of the property was very convenient. The hotel offered excellent value, and the staff was very friendly—we were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist with a smile. The rich breakfast, which was included in the price, and the lovely garden with its chill atmosphere made our stay even better. While some guests mention that it can be loud at night, our room was perfectly quiet, and we had a great sleep before hitting the road the next day. Highly recommend this hotel!

Nice interior and a nice location. We had a good night's sleep there after walking through Venice all day. Liked bathtub!

The staff was not super nice as in other hotels in Italy. The heater was a bit dusty. There was dust under the bed. The breakfast is very simple and lacks veggies and fruit. A bit boring. Not a lot of options for vegans/gluten-free people.

Clean and location . My husband and I stayed here for 3 days before we went on a Viking Cruise. The Front Desk - Ricardo, Michaela and Elisa are all helpful and friendly. I will highly recommend Villa Gasparini. Ricardo took us from the hotel to the port of Fusina for only 25.00 Euros.

A stylishly and lovingly decorated villa with all the necessary amenities and a charming inner courtyard — a perfect place to relax after a long drive. Everything is set up for a comfortable short stay. Including parking. If your room faces the road, it stays quiet and comfortable with the windows closed. However, if you prefer sleeping with open windows, you might notice the traffic.

The villa is unique. The room was relatively big with a surprisingly comfy bed. I particularly liked the fact that there were both big and small/flat pillows to choose from. Friendly staff. The best part by far was the breakfast and the outside garden where you can have breakfast, dinner and even relax.

The internet connection was bad bad bad. I was lucky because I had my own LTE connection from my mobile phone, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to browse. The bathroom doesn't have good soundproofing as another guest decided to take a jacuzzi bath at 2AM, and we could hear them. You can also hear people talking from inside the bathroom.

Villa Gasparini is easy to find (using Google Maps) and it's easy to park the car opposite the hotel. This old villa is well kept up and is a lovely place. All the old villas along the road here used to be private homes, belonging to wealthy Venetian families. They don't serve dinner, but you can get a very good dinner nearby at the Restaurant Kalispera, which is open every night except Tuesday.

The staff were very friendly and check in process was smooth. The room and bathroom was spacious. The bathroom had unique shower gel and shampoo which we appreciated. There is private parking available at the property however it is small and must be booked in advance. We parked our bikes at the public parking in front of the property. During our check in, you get to choose the type of food to have at breakast which was great. There is a bus stop within 5 mins of the accomodation.

The food was great however some plates were not clean. The apartment is not close to the Venice centre so you will need to catch a 20min bus.
