The location was great! easy to find in relation to visiting Venice. The hostess was VERY kind, and helpful in providing options to get to Venice without our car. She was born and raised in Venice so she knows the city very well. Parking for our car was right on property and out front.

The place is cute, owner was so friendly, breakfast was nice, pet friendly, free parking space, around 20 mins to Venice by car.

There can be bigger fridge in the shared kitchen and mini-fridge in the rooms. Shower curtains should be renewed time to time even if they wash it everyday. Because it starts smelling bad at some point. Mosquito net is needed on the windows.

Valentina was very welcoming. I was even able to enter my room before the specified time. There is a small kitchen available for everyone to use which was perfect along with coffee making facilities. Valentina was able to direct me to Venice via public transport which was great.

Everything was perfect. Valentina is a very kind and nice person. The room was clean, everything was in perfect order. Breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend the accommodation!

Breakfast from host was a great way to start our day. She also gave us good tips on travelling to Venice which is 15 minutes of ride on motorbike. There is secured private parking behind the gate.

Very easy connection to Venice, charming place, very clean room, stunning breakfast. The owner was very helpful and kind. We will definetely come back here. If you find an availibility at this place, you can be sure that you won’t regret.

Valentina was amazing! She was super kind, friendly, polite, and informative. When we arrived she told us the best ways to visit Venezia (and the costs). She also mentioned several must-dos that made our visit unforgettable. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. Great value for money and it is highly recommended when you have a car.

We came late to the house and there was no hot water in the shower.
