This was a good place, a surprise package for sure! We just had an overnight here but the kids loved it. Pool is great, plus had great poolside vibes and was fun, with table tennis and other entertainment. Kids didn’t want to leave. Breakfast was good, Beds huge, great pillow selection, quality sheets and very clean rooms. Good value for money Air con worked really well in the heat. Large shopping centre 5 mins away with some great shopping and food options.

A but out of town but close to the hwy. Beds very firm, but excellent size. Rooms a bit dated, but very clean and had everything you needed

The actual place was very nice on the inside. I did not get the opportunity to view the back of the building nor did I have time to take advantage of the spa services.

The only concern that I had Was Not realizing that as an American washcloths for washing we're not available. I managed but would have made accommodations otherwise. The only other concern is that American visitors should be given an opportunity to change the language on TVs so that we could watch TV in english. That was a bit uncomfortable to only have CNN available.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The decor is very 70s/80s but it did not detract from my pleasant stay. I used room service and they were very prompt and courteous. The food was delicious. I had the pizza and tiramisu, which were both lovely. Additionally, I had a room with a parking space directly in front which was very convenient. The spa was also very comfortable and I had an overall enjoyable time here.

The only negative is the outdated building and decor. Regardless, I felt clean and safe my entire stay.

Inside the hotel it is well decorated and modern. Inside the rooms it is clean and modern. Plenty of power access points with EU standard plugs, bathroom suitable and clean. Restaurant is very nice in the evening (reasonable price) and the breakfast has a reasonable selection. If you are in a room number beginning 1 you are able to drive round and park by the room which is very useful

Outside of the Hotel and the public areas are pretty warn out (carpet lifting from the floor etc). Bathroom shower is tiny. I found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable

Breakfast: okay but if something was empty/ missing refill very slow. first italian hotel were you get no fresh coffee. taste was like instant coffee ==> no go 4* hotel and no laundry service ==> but they had laundry bag in room

The location was very convenient. The balcony view was incredible! The breakfast was delicious. The parking was great! The shower was the best ever, combination of a waterfall, foot wash, and standard water wand. The color scheme was also great! It was also very clean! Not a single web or bug to be found!

There was a smell, like pool water in the room. I couldn't figure out the do not disturb feature on the door, so room cleaning came in and closed the window while we were away. But once it's aired out the smell goes away.

Good location close to the highway. Every room has its own parking space near the door. I really appreciated the circular distribution of rooms. Also, it has a nice gym and sauna downstairs. The pool was closed, as it was not summer yet. The staff is very welcoming. Food at the restaurant is very tasty. Totally recommend it.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was very big. There is a parking directly under your room. The staff is super friendly. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast is every day the same, there isn't enough variety. The shower is small and the hot water suddenly turns burning hot for a few seconds.

everything was perfect as always, it was the 3rd time we stayed at this Viest Hotel. It has a perfect project, you park your car in front of the room, each room has its own parking lot, the cleanliness is perfect, the staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our room was bright, spacious and spotless clean. The covered, assigned parking is very close to the room which is super convenient. Excellent breakfast with many options. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

WIFI was slow at times. Some more TV channels in English would be nice.
